Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming Santa Clara

5/5 Stars — Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Wolfgang! I brought my young puppy in for her very first initial trim, and the experience exceeded every single expectation I had. First grooming visits can feel a bit nerve-wracking, but the entire team went out of their way to make us feel genuinely welcome, comfortable, and cared for the second we walked through the door. The customer service here is truly top-tier; everyone is exceptionally kind, warm, and eager to help. Our groomer was Audrey, and she is an absolute miracle worker. Not only did she do a fantastic job with the trim itself, but she also treated my puppy with so much patience and gentle affection. My girl was so excited and completely at ease the entire time! What stood out the most was Audrey’s dedication to educating us as pet parents. She took generous time after the appointment to walk us through the right way to comb our pup’s coat and recommended the exact tools and brushes we should be using at home to keep her looking and feeling her best between visits. That level of guidance and personalized care is rare. If you are looking for a grooming salon that combines genuine love for animals with masterclass professionalism, look no further than Wolfgang and request Audrey. I could not be happier with the service and highly recommend them to any pet owner!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a wonderful experience! 🐶❤️ Alex did an amazing job bathing my little fur baby. His coat was left so clean, soft, and beautiful, and he smelled amazing! What I loved the most was the special care, kindness, and love Alex showed him. You can truly tell when someone cares about animals and treats them with so much affection. I’m so happy with the results and the entire experience. Thank you, Alex, for taking such wonderful care of my little one! 🐾💕 I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a team that will treat their furry family members with love and care. We will definitely be coming back! ❤️

After trying many other grooming services in the area, I can say this is the best by far and we’ll keep coming back. The grooming is impeccable, and the workers are very friendly. I also like that they don’t leave dogs in the kennel for hours waiting for their grooming like other places, which makes my dog a lot less anxious. They sent us home with a little bag of dog treats and a cute polaroid of our boy. Can’t recommend them enough!

My little dog is terrified of the going into the bath and so taking him to get his nails trimmed was a very scary thought ..however the staff there put him instantly at ease and he trotted into the back for his manicure..he looks so happy now!!😄😍

We don't actually live nearby, but we make the drive to Woofgang Bakery & Grooming in Santa Clara because of the owner, Hassan. A while back, our dog got lost, and Hassan found him on the road. He took care of him and called us right away. That told us everything we needed to know: he genuinely loves dogs, and we feel completely comfortable trusting him and his team with ours. Our dog is an Aussie, and Hassan explained that breeds like ours shouldn't be fully shaved because it can damage their double coat. We took his advice and went with the mini groom this time, and our boy came out so cute and fluffy! You can tell they actually think about what's best for each dog and recommend the right option rather than doing a one-size-fits-all cut. Highly recommend. It's worth the drive!

First time I've been truly happy with our dog's grooming! His coat is so soft and smells amazing, and he came home calm and relaxed. They really paid attention to the details: his paws were neatly trimmed, nails clipped, and the de-shedding made a noticeable difference. Much less fur around the house now. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful experience we had at Woof Gang at Santa Clara, CA. From the ambience, clean and organized store. We had a pleasent greeting from Hassan and the informative instructions, that since we have a nervous dog that we were allowed to walk him around and let him sniff through the whole store. Alex, the groomer that we booked with was very good at handling our dog Raider since it was his first time there and having to meet a new groomer. He did a great job with the cut that we wanted for our furbaby. He did an exceptional job. We were a bit late when it’s time to pick him up, came to our surprise that one of the staff, Prince was walking him around the store while waiting for us. It was so lovely and comforting to see. Mikayla, also handed me out a polaroid picture of Raider with a little treaty bag to go. She also had asked us if we wanted to have a polaroid picture taken with Raider. Ooohhh! We noticed that the bandana that our furbaby was wearing, has his name on it!! It was customized by them!! It was so cute!! We’re glad to say that we found a new home for Raider’s grooming here at Woof Gang in Santa Clara. Will definitely keep coming back!
