Brennan did a great job inspected our new home. He thoroughly investigated the home, and walked us through trouble areas. His report afterwards was even more detailed, with descriptions, pictures, and arrows to highlight the big and small. All in all, I feel secure in knowing all the details (good and bad) about our new place, and can't recommend Brennan enough.

I have asked Brennan to provide inspections on two occasions. He is extremely thorough and professional. His attention to every detail has proven to provide peace of mind in my purchase of both existing and new homes. What he finds in his inspections provides proof through his details that can be used in negotiating the final purchase. I recommend his service before you buy. The money you save and the peace of mind he provides is priceless. I think it's best to know exactly the condition of your purchase before you sign, as opposed to after.
