Second time Zach has cleaned our windows. Easy online quote and booking, got scheduled fast, super friendly and professional, fast thorough cleaning of windows, skylights, screens…the 5-star experience I wish every trade provided. Thank you so much Zach!

World Glass was recommended by a neighbor. When we reached out, we were scheduled quickly. They explained roof moss treatment to me, which I appreciated. They left our roof and windows looking great, were communicative throughout, prompt, and a pleasure to work with. Recommended.

Zach was great. He started with the interior windows and then worked to complete the exterior. I was home the entire time and wish he would have checked in with me before leaving. There were droplets on all the lower panes and I was concerned they would dry in the sunshine with spots. I reached out to the call center to voice my concerns and quickly received a call back from Zach. He reassured me the droplets would not leave spots but call if they do. Well, they did. I called him and he responded right away and came back same day to wash the lower panes again! This time they came out sparkling! I am impressed with this company’s ability to listen to my concerns and correct the problem. I will definitely use again!

World Glass Window Cleaning has cleaned our windows for some years now and we have found them to be very reliable and efficient. We had our roof and gutters also cleaned during the most recent visit and are very pleased with the results. We appreciated the care given to protecting landscaping and to the cleanup for this messy process. We recommend this business.

We contracted World Glass Window Cleaning for roof cleaning as they had being recommended to us by a neighbor here in Seattle. They were incredibly responsive from the minute I contacted them. Zach did an excellent job at answering all my questions. He showed punctually, got straight to work, he did everything he said he’d do, and left everything he had to touch around the house exactly how it was. He even took and sent me pictures so I could see what he had done, and he told me exactly what to expect over the next couple of weeks. I’m very pleased and I could not recommend them enough.
