BEWARE OF THIS CROOKED COMPANY.
My mother used this company to put her roof on and the next big rain storm the leaking started. Roof still hasn’t been fixed Even though they promised a lifetime labor warranty.
The last 10 reviews this company received are all 1 star reviews you would think this would be a wake up call to solve there problems with the people who paid there hard earned money for sloppy work.

I would never use this company again.
Small job of fascia repair took almost 2 months to complete.
Terrible communication and efficiency.
They left us with an unpainted shoddy job, that we finished ourselves before gutter work was completed.
My advice…find someone else to do your roof.

One star is a very generous review. We hired this company to put a new roof on our rental property. This property was built in 1964 and had a tin roof attached to the trusses and siding, for years. After 5 years of Worthman installing the new roof, a leak started and ruined the ceiling in the master bath. Since the roof was under warranty, a representative from Worthmani discovered that the shingles in the area of the leak were not installed correctly. He looked at the bathroom ceiling and said that it was from the improperly installed shingles and he would have the roof repaired and would get a dry wall repair guy out there. The roof was repaired but the dry wall was not. We had roughly 9 calls to Worthman that were never returned. They then diverted the blame to the siding, which had been there for many years without a problem. There are so many other quality roofers out there so avoid this one.

I was tricked into signing a work authorization and Direction of Pay with Worthmann Roofing after storm damage to my roof. I was told it was just so they could contact the adjuster the told me to use. I was never given a clear written estimate for the full scope of work, no permits were pulled, and no actual work was ever performed on my home.
When I later tried to cancel the Direction of Pay and terminate their involvement, I was unable to get it removed. My insurance company continued to treat them as a party on the claim and even issued a joint check that included Worthmann and their affiliated public adjuster. This has created a long, stressful, and legal situation that is still not resolved.
I was lied to about what I was signing and the long-term consequences of the Direction of Pay. I would strongly caution other homeowners to carefully review any Direction of Pay or assignment documents and do not use the public adjuster Doug Miller they work with. This experience has been extremely difficult and is still ongoing with attorneys involved.

Stay away they contract everything out to the point the project manager did not believe that we had the roof installed by them when the contracted gutter company came out they gave me the run around saying they would not bend the metal roofing highly recommend not going with they they don't know what there doing

This time they cut the wood to the top of the flashing and said the wood isn't his problem.

I called to request an estimate for new gutters, and unfortunately, this was one of the most difficult companies I’ve ever dealt with just to get a quote. The process was frustrating and unnecessarily complicated. As a customer, I expected a much better experience. You guys should really do better when it comes to responding to potential customers and making the process easy and professional.

I just had a 19 year old roof replaced by Worthmann. My sales agent Chad was fantastic. I did not feel rushed into anything and he carefully explained what I was getting. Hunter was my site manager and he was also phenomenal. The crew showed up bright and early and got right to work, finishing in one day. I work at night (yes I slept through the noise 😊) and woke to a beautiful new roof. We did the walk around this morning and the crew did a great job at post-work cleanup. I would highly recommend Worthmann for any roofing needs.

We bought a house in June 2025, Worthmann replaced the roof in February 2023. We are having a leak issue and Worthmann says that the contract only covered 2 years. Buyer beware. We will NOT EVER use them! I’d give a zero star if possible. A new roof should not leak this soon. They didn’t even consider coming out to look at it without a charge.
