I highly recommend Fabian Romero and the team at WOW Real Estate! Fabian is extremely knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and very investor-friendly. He made the entire process smooth and easy, and I always felt like I was in good hands. Shani was also amazing and made sure I received all the paperwork I needed to review and sign, making the process even more seamless. If you’re an investor or simply looking for a great realtor who truly cares about his clients, I highly recommend Fabian and his team!

If we could give Fabian more than 5 stars, we absolutely would!!! As first-time homebuyers, we were nervous going into the process, but Fabian made everything feel manageable. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always took the time to answer our (my 🤭😅) endless questions. No matter the time of day or night, he was responsive and made us feel like we were his top priority. He went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He negotiated aggressively on our behalf, helped us secure seller credits and closing cost assistance, guided us through inspections, explained every document, and advocated for us every step of the way. Whenever we hit a bump in the road, Fabian had a solution and kept us informed, which gave us so much peace of mind. What stood out most was how much he genuinely cared. We never felt like just another transaction—he truly wanted us to find the right home, and because of his dedication, we did. Buying a home can be stressful, but having Fabian in our corner made all the difference. We are beyond grateful for everything he did for our family, and we would recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Alejandra helped my parents buy and sell land. She is an amazing realtor and a joy to work with. She had so much patience with all the questions and concerns my parents had. Selling and buy with her was such an easy process. Definitely one of the best!
Ana Grijalva with Wow Real Estate is who sold my townhome and found my new home down in Green Valley AZ. She works from Tucson down to Nogales. She was very nice, professional and most importantly extremely knowledgeable of the business. I was a broker for 17 years in the Denver area so it was very important for me to work with a realtor that did an excellent job and could perform the transaction with ease. Her broker Carlos kept in touch with me also to let me know he was there to help with the transaction if we needed anything.
