Would give a 0 if possible. Joe was scheduled to pickup my van between 12-5PM, and I was told he would call 60 minutes before arrival.
He never called. Never showed up. Then he reported that the van’s title wasn’t available during the pickup. Which is not true. He never showed up. Even though the title and van was ready for pickup.
He then lied and reported that he spoke with me about not being able to make it. Not true either. He never informed me he wasn’t coming. He should be ashamed for lying to people, and wasting their time and money.
I hope and pray no one else has to lose out on time and money because of Joe.

Joe was great he was able to jump start my vehicle and get it to be able to shift gears something a different company told me my car couldn’t do. Which obviously wasn’t true. Then dropped it off at the shop that I needed my vehicle to be dropped off at I’m very happy and grateful for what Joe was able to do and the services provided by Wrights Towing!

I was very happy with the service I received. The price was perfectly reasonable. The driver was incredible friendly and courteous. If, heaven forbid, I need another tow, they will be my first call.
