Customers frequently praise Wunderhaus for its custom upholstery, moving services, and consignment inventory, highlighting the staff's professionalism, punctuality, and helpful design guidance. Reviewers often note the wide selection of fabrics and the quality of craftsmanship on furniture repairs. However, a recurring criticism in low-star reviews involves unprofessional interactions with front desk staff regarding restroom access for non-purchasing customers.

Can't say enough positive things about this business!! We needed a super-fast turnaround on re-upholstering of the back of two couches to get an Airbnb ready to go in time. Wunderhaus delivered the repaired couches early and did a beautiful job on the repairs. If you need this type of work done, definitely use Wunderhaus!! Everyone was so friendly and professional, and we felt we paid a fair price for a job well done.

Thank you, Melinda! We love a good challenge and were glad to get your couches guest-ready ahead of schedule. Excellence in craftsmanship and service is always our goal, and we’re so happy you’re pleased!
Absolutely the best place! They are incredible with design and customer service. If you are thinking of updating run, don’t walk. They are patient with someone who is not a professional too!
Our experience with Wunderhaus was incredible and seamless! Our custom automatic outdoor shades are wonderful. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and Beth is a class act. Highly recommend!
We had 4 Dining Room chairs recently re-upholstered by WUNDERHAUS. SO HAPPY WE DID! Pick Up & Delivery . Hundreds and hundreds of fabrics to choose from, boucle to washable fabs. Excellent craftsmanship. Next we will use their wood refinishing expert, who will do his work at our home !
I used Wunderhaus to move my entire house recently. They were amazing. Super fast! Great attitudes and a lot of fun. They did everything just as I asked and were willing to help
In anyway. I will always call them first when I need help moving furniture around my house, picking up something from a store that is too big for my car or moving me across town. Thank You Wunderhaus !!!
Wunderhaus is the absolute BEST!!! We ordered a custom sofa from them and it’s perfect! Beth had already reupholstered our chair and ottoman & made custom shades for the living room, made another custom Roman shade for the breakfast area, and made draperies & reupholstered a chair for our bedroom. Wunderhaus is transforming our home! Thanks, Beth!

We’ve used Wunderhaus for both consignment and moving and both experiences were superb! The gentlemen that handled our moving request were top notch, they were so very careful with our furniture and fast, yet thorough. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering moving!
