Reviewers frequently highlight the punctuality, professionalism, and clear communication of WyattWorks technicians, who often provide detailed explanations and financing options for services like water heater replacement and drain clearing. However, low-star feedback consistently cites excessive pricing for simple repairs, aggressive upselling of unrelated services, and mandatory referrals to third-party dry-out companies. The company maintains a 4.9 rating from 1683 reviews and responds to 71% of customer feedback.

Great workers. Diligent, respectful and knowledgeable workers. I'm completely satisfied with Dawson, the Electrician and Eric, the Plumber. I highly recommend these guys at Wyatt Works Plumbing. Samuel was very helpful working with Dawson. Great guys.
Technician Michael came out and checked out the kitchen faucet. He tightened it up and seemed to work better but after he left it started leaking again. He came right back out the next call and replaced the faucet. Everything works great now. Very happy with the service. Super friendly and received text update and confirmation timely.
Thanks so much for the great work and awesome customer service given to us by Joe, Sammie and Walker.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, Marie! Thank you for 5 stars!
Joe and Sam came out and repaired a leak in the crawlspace that was occurring due to a blockage. They cleared the blockage and replaced some old cast iron pipe with pvc and cleaned up the bathtub which had backed up. Kudos! They also gave us information for crawlspace maintenance and set us up to have camera evaluation of our plumbing down to the street connection.
Wallakadoodle Priscilla! So glad Joe and Sam got that crawlspace leak sorted for you. Thank you for 5 stars!
Brenden came out this morning and was able to quickly locate the source of our issue. He worked with the team to turn around a quote and get folks scheduled in 2 days for a main sewer line repair. Drew, Ryan, and Elijah came out and cut away a chunk of my driveway too dig down and repair the line. They did a fantastic job getting it back to working shape. They even offered to pour concrete to fill the hole they cut away, which is a service they typically do not provide. They were polite, friendly, and fast. I will be using WyattWorks going forward because of everyone's professionalism and thoroughness.
Doug, that was a big job and the crew crushed it! Glad Brenden, Drew, Ryan and Elijah took great care of you. Thank you for 5 stars!

Phillip Lardieri was a true professional and did amazing and quick work to get us a new water heater after ours went out impacting our kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room. We are so appreciative to him as well as Sam who assisted and Hunter who did terrific work on a leak months ago. We will keep coming back to WyaytWorks for their quality, service and the most awesome plumbers in the industry. Thank you all!

I learned about Wyattworks from a review in the new edition of “Best Picks Reports”. I contacted Wyattworks about a leaking exterior faucet. Additionally I wanted to replace a non-operable garbage disposal. My initial contact with the company office was handled with pleasant professionalism. An appointment was scheduled and the Technician, Michael, arrived on time. Michael took the time to sit with me to discuss the issues I identified but we also discussed other areas of concern that he brought to my attention after a cursory examination of all the plumbing fixtures in my home. Michael removed the old disposal and installed the new one that I chose after reviewing options. The repair of the exterior faucet was more complicated, involving cutting through interior drywall to access the problem area. But Michael expertly corrected the problem and left the work areas as clean as he found them. I highly recommend Wyattworks if you are in need of plumbing services. They are consummate professionals. I was not pressured into any of the choices offered regarding products or services. They are just nice, polite people to work with. I believe they treated my home as if it was their home. I will not hesitate to call on them in the future!
