Brad was fantastic, incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and educational. He walked us through several options, helping us find ways to make the work affordable without sacrificing quality and longevity. Beyond Brad's great service, Wyman Plumbing as a whole has been outstanding. Their communication is top-notch every step of the way. I especially loved the personal touch of sending a profile of who is coming to your home beforehand, it provides so much peace of mind! Thank you again, Brad, for such a seamless and wonderful experience. I highly recommend Wyman Plumbing!

We called less than one day before we were headed out on vacation. While loading up the car, we noticed water on the Garage floor. Although it was early afternoon, Wyman Plumbing had a technician out to us by 4 pm. After spending a little time cutting into walls and doing exploration in the house, Eric was able to isolate the problem which turned out to be a hot water heater issue and leaking pipes in the wall of our bathroom. He also discovered that our water pressure was too high due to an old and non-working pressure vacuum breaker. On top of that, our hot water heater was not installed to code so it did not have the requisite pressure tank to help relieve excess pressure. All of these things combined meant multiple water leaks in our wall. Eric understood how important our vacation with all of our family in San Diego meant to us and he was as determined as we were that we leave on time. He reassured us multiple times that he was happy to stay and complete everything. He did so with a smile on his face the entire time Eric stayed until midnight, fixing ALL of our plumbing issues. He was courteous, kind, understanding, knowledgeable and extremely professional. I have used Wyman plumbing multiple times over the years. They are always my go to for plumbing issues. They set the standard for professional and quality plumbing service. I cannot recommend them enough!

I called Wyman Plumbing for my rental property in Glendale after my tenant reported the kitchen sink backing up. I was worried it was a whole house drain issue but Brad came out, ran a camera through all the drain lines and found everything was actually clear. Turned out it was just a locally clogged hall toilet which he fixed on the spot. Brad was incredibly kind and thorough in explaining the situation every step of the way. On top of that their whole process from the initial online quote request all the way through to payment was seamless and well organized. Professional, honest and didn't try to upsell me on work that wasn't needed. That alone tells you everything about their integrity. Highly recommend and Wyman Plumbing is now my go-to plumber for my Glendale property!

After many great years of service for my Business, rental properties and home, it all came to an end. You can credit their employee (I will not mention the kids name) and Ray who called me from Wyman saying it was my fault for scratching my toilet. I have video of this kid calling Ray telling him he just scratched it. I’m still in shock over the totally lack of customer care and the boldness of the management to accuse a very long time customer of lying over something my cleaning people fixed after 5 minutes of scrubbing. I could go on and on but I hope this helps you to NEVER use them. Proverbs 21:6

Jim, thank you for being a loyal customer for many years. We take your feedback seriously, especially given our history with your business and home on Ember Glow Way. Please excuse the delay in this response as I have been out of the office following a death in my family. I have conducted a comprehensive review of this service, including call recordings, on-site audio transcripts, and high-resolution photos from both visits. On 8/19, our technician arrived to clear a clog caused by baby wipes. Our audio recordings confirm it was admitted that a DIY attempt using a home drain snake was made prior to our arrival. When the water level dropped, metal transfer marks were visible. Our technician did exactly what he was trained to do: he immediately contacted his manager to report the marks and express concern. This was not an admission of fault, but a demonstration of the transparency we demand from our team. Our technical assessment is definitive: the marks are inconsistent with a professional toilet auger. A professional auger utilizes a rigid steel tube and a protective rubber boot specifically designed to prevent any metal-to-porcelain contact. The black 'fan-pattern' scuffs and cross-hatched arc lines present in the photos are a textbook match for a bare-metal cable from a standard home drain snake spinning against the glaze. Despite this, we sent a technician back on 8/24 with professional cleaning agents to resolve the cosmetic marks as a gesture of goodwill. Upon arrival, the technician couldn't see any and your wife stated the marks had already been removed by your cleaners, but then requested he use a flashlight to inspect the internal trap and clean the scuffs in there. Unfortunately, the environment became confrontational and our technician was subjected to vulgar language. For the safety and professional well-being of our staff, he was required to leave the premises immediately. We stand by our technician’s honesty and our technical findings. We are disappointed to lose a long-term client over pre-existing and temporary surface marks that were removed with standard cleaning. If you wish to discuss the technical data or your account further, please let us know. -Tamra Wyman, Owner

AUGUST 14, 2026: So... it's taken me 10 days to get back with you guys before I post in Google and Yelp. In the past, you guys have replaced our toilets, water heater, faucets, shower heads and septic tank blockage (that was 6 years ago for the septic drain blockage) So when we had another problem with a blockage we of course called you, after the Septic tank was drained. The first tech came out on Friday and said "I cleared the drain” but for close to $400 (can't remember the actual amount) “we have a camera tech come out on Monday to make sure it's clear." I figured ok, since he said it's cleared, not sure why we need the camera but since I paid for it, he can come out. Monday, the camera tech came out, I didn't stay out there (because I figured he wouldn't find a blockage) but, guess what? HE APPARENTLY DID! ... he then says it will cost over $1100 DOLLARS to clear it!!! At this point I am in shock and getting angry! He said the tech on Friday couldn't know if he cleared the drain to the septic without a camera... THEN WHY DIDN'T THE TECH ON FRIDAY, BRING A CAMERA??? He told me it was cleared!!! This should have all been figured out and cleared on Friday, like the tech said! I am Very disappointed with this last interaction and can't believe that this has happened, it seems like a classic "bait and switch" ... As a senior citizen and retired teacher on a very fixed income, I certainly can not afford to stay with you if this is how you treat a long time customer.. . I'll wait to post my review till after I hear back from you. I did talk to Ry (service manager) and the reason why I left this complete review is because he kept talking over me and tried to JUSTIFY what his tech do AND the cost! He insulted me by saying I was wrong about what the tech was supposed to do on Friday and yet when I said, “ I called and said I NEED A DRAIN TO THE SEPTIC CLEARED,” you guys sent your tech to CLEAR THE CLOG, which is what it says on YOUR WEBSITE!!! I and my family have been customers for years and have recommended you to a lot of friends but that has all ended today. I can understand your technicians just doing what you tell them to do but A SERVICE MANAGER being so rude on top of everything else is just UNFORGIVABLE!

Dear Ms. Corrinne Assad, thank you for being a loyal customer since 2020. We truly value the trust you’ve placed in us over the years at your property on Maddox Road, which is why it’s disheartening to hear that your recent experience left you feeling this way. When you called on Friday, August 14th, our priority was your immediate emergency - getting your facilities back in working order as you mentioned they'd been down since Thursday evening. Because our supervisor with the specialized camera equipment was already committed to other sites that afternoon, we sent Joey immediately to restore flow, which he successfully did. We then scheduled our supervisor to follow up with the camera on the very next business day to ensure there were no underlying issues. The camera inspection is a preventative step we take to ensure a 'clear' line doesn't have hidden underlying issues that could cause a recurring backup. In this case, the camera identified a significant obstruction near the septic tank baffle. While the line is currently flowing, the hydro-jetting estimate was provided as a long-term solution to clean the piping and prevent a future emergency. I have personally reviewed the records and the subsequent phone call with our manager. I sincerely apologize that our explanation of these technical processes and the resulting conversation felt dismissive or disrespectful. That is not the level of service we strive for. While we must stand by our pricing for the specialized equipment and labor required for a permanent fix, I would welcome the opportunity to speak with you personally about your experience and learn if there is anything we can do to make this right by you. — Tamra Wyman, Owner
