Amazing service with articulate and warm communication. 5 out of 5 stars, would definitely recommend.

He went the extra mile to send us videos and pictures of his work while we were away from the house. He’s very thorough and answered my long list of termite questions. During a bathroom renovation the crew ran into a roach infestation after removing the old shower. That brought work to a standstill and I needed an exterminator fast. I called all of the pest exterminators and all of them except X Out were more interested in selling me their services than helping me. X Out was able to get here and help the same morning! They sprayed the area and will return to make sure the roaches are gone and stay gone! The technician’s name was Andrew and he knew exactly what to do, he let me and the bathroom remodelers know what he was going to do and coordinated everything to ensure the extermination was done correctly and that all involved were safe! Great company reasonable prices and experienced technicians!

I had such a great experience with Henry from X Out Pest Services! He was amazing from start to finish. He arrived super early before I left for work, which was incredibly accommodating and very much appreciated.
Henry thoroughly treated both the interior and exterior of my home and even removed wasp nests from some very difficult-to-reach areas. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and took the time to explain everything to me.
I especially appreciated the advice and recommendations he provided. You can tell that Henry genuinely cares about doing a thorough job and making sure his customers are taken care of.
Excellent service all around! I highly recommend Henry at X Out Pest Services. I will definitely continue using them for my pest control needs!

X Out Pest Service review (final cut):
Called X Out like I was asking them to dispose of a body.
Them: “Yeah we’ll come do that.”
Me: “Are you sure.”
Them: “That’s our job.”
Me: “…yeah but okay.”
They send Isaac.
Isaac pulls up. I immediately go full house-arrest disclosure like I’m reading him his rights.
Me: “Look. I’m under house arrest.”
Isaac: “That’s okay.”
Me: “Really? You don’t even know what I did.”
Isaac: “No. You don’t seem like a criminal.”
Me: “Oh I’m a felon now.”
This man did not flinch. Did not clutch his sprayer. Did not suddenly remember he left the van running. Just nodded like “cool, bugs don’t care about your ankle monitor either.”
Then I used him as a confidant. Full dump. All the crazy shit that happened. Jail, court, family circus, the whole unhinged season.
Isaac just nodded.
Me: “All right that feels kind of normal.”
Him: “Well yeah. Life can throw you some pretty weird curveballs.”
Me: “I don’t even like baseball.”
Then we get to the rats.
I have pet rats. Isaac clocked them and went, “This is weird that I’m not trying to kill them.”
Me: “Yeah. They appreciate it though.”
He did not treat my ride-or-die rodents like a job site. Correct decision. They live here. The ants do not.
Then he was out front.
Isaac: “You know you have chickens.”
Me: “Yeah. They’re supposed to be here though. So let’s not treat them like pests.”
He didn’t. He was really cool. Understood that some things didn’t deserve to die today.
He kept spraying the actual invaders. I kept talking. The pests died. The rats lived. The chickens kept their porch jobs. My trauma got a polite nod from a man whose job is chemically ending other life forms.
If you need pest control and also need a technician who can tell the difference between a roach and a roommate, call X Out and request Isaac. He X’d the pests out. He did not X me, the rats, or the chickens out. 5 stars. Would confess again. Would still not watch baseball.
