So happy that Morgan was able to connect with her team member, Matt, and have him out at our office to address an internet-related matter at 8 a.m. on a Monday morning. We really appreciate the prompt service! Matt quickly resolved the issue, gave a brief explanation to us, and was on his way. Perfect.

Working with the Toby and the team at Altitude Integrations on our IT security and support has been fantastic. Altitude manages all aspects of our IT environment. Their remote monitoring and technical guidance has kept our remote team working seamlessly. With Altitude's help we integrated the cloud directory platform, JumpCloud for our Identity Access Management . As a medium size business owner, with a team situated across multiple time zones and cities, I sleep well at night knowing Altitude has my IT security covered.

We just recently switched IT providers, and so far iSupportU has been blowing the last provider out of the water. They are incredibly personable, very knowledgeable on subject matter, and are fantastic at holding your hand through the process. It was a very long transition to move an entire business onto a completely new platform (we migrated from Microsoft Exchange to Google Apps for our email platform right when we switched to iSupportU), and every staff member we have worked with has been extremely attentive and accessible throughout the entire process. I highly recommend their services!
Impeccable and Stellar service! I had some tricky questions that needed a timely response with accurate and reliable information. iSupportU came through - within 5 minutes of my calling, I had a return call, one of my issues immediately fixed and a path forward to take care of the other issue. Incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and my favorite....they are committed to sustainability and better business practices. Thank you for your amazing help!!!!
Shaun is a creative-tech genius and he hires the same--folks with heart + brains. The talented team at iSupportU did a complicated email and contacts migration from my university server to the gmail server, synced all this up with my iPhone, taught me google apps and how to manage my gmail inbox. They helped me design my website, then built it, fixed bugs and revised it as it unfolded in real time with my new business. They partnered with me to create sweet business cards, a snazzy e-signature, my Facebook page and cool Facebook event pages in sync with my vision and work. When my old mac computer was acting up, they diagnosed it and advised me as to the cost-benefit for fixing it vs. replacing it. Later, they wiped all the user files from my old mac and kept the applications, making it like a brand-new computer for my daughter. And they provide all this service with a smile and on occasion, a delicious local draught beer. I wouldn't want to live without them!
Stellar customer service. I had my iPhone repaired by iSupportU and had a problem with it about 40 days later not functioning properly. Unfortunately the manufacturer's warranty only covered the part for 30 days, but iSupportU stepped up and replaced the screen (again) at no charge, with no fuss. It was certainly an unexpected surprise to receive such great customer service.
When your iPhone breaks (let's face it, they all do eventually) I'd highly recommend you take it into iSupportU
