John was super responsive, even though he was on vacation overseas when I messaged him. He set up an appointment to clean my apartment carpet for the same week. Always on time and very polite – they provide the absolute best carpet cleaning service at a great price. We never use anyone else.
This was the first time I'd ever engaged with a carpet cleaning service, and it was super efficient. I submitted a request with photos on Yelp and within minutes, Xtreme/John had responded (along with 5-6 other companies). All quotes were pretty similar, though many of the businesses had contingencies about pet…

John at Xtreme Clean always does a great job. Shows up on time, it’s the job done quickly, and charges a reasonable price. I highly recommend him for any carpet cleaning job you may have.
John is the best carpet cleaner we have used in Seattle. He is very friendly, professional, and his rates are very reasonable. We had stains other carpet cleaners had worked on that did not come out, but John was able to get them all out, and for half the price. I won’t use anyone else anymore, and I highly recommend his services.
John did an amazing job! I appreciated his timeliness, responsiveness, reliability, professionalism, and friendliness. Our home feels fresh! Much needed service and very much satisfied.
Great and fast service! Much cheaper than anything else in the area. And the work was thorough!!
I don't know what was better John's personality or his carpet cleaning, I was totally impressed. John 4 president!! 👍
John has cleaned our carpets twice over the past year. He does a thorough job, is very reliable, and even helps move the furniture to clean as best he can. We are grateful for his help and the bill is affordable. Thank you John!
John was a kind and efficient! We have a baby with eczema and asked for no fragrance/chemical cleaning and he was able to do it! Last minute scheduled job that turned out great! Highly recommend!
Couldn't expect a better experience with John - very friendly, efficient, and reasonably priced. Had a 3-story townhouse for cleaning, I met John for 1 min, left for my work, after an hour the cleaning is done and door is locked up, extremely positive and impressive!
John is AMAZING! He knows what he is doing. He got some really bad stains out of our carpet. He is knowledgeable and honest about stains he could not fully get out. He comes in and takes care of business!! We will be using John again for sure. Link & Tracy - Ballard
