John was very thorough, professional, and courteous when he came to clean our carpets in our condominium. I will definitely use him again.

John is fantastic and thorough! I have used him for many years, I highly recommend him.
This was the first time I'd ever engaged with a carpet cleaning service, and it was super efficient. I submitted a request with photos on Yelp and within minutes, Xtreme/John had responded (along with 5-6 other companies). All quotes were pretty similar, though many of the businesses had contingencies about pet…
John is the best carpet cleaner we have used in Seattle. He is very friendly, professional, and his rates are very reasonable. We had stains other carpet cleaners had worked on that did not come out, but John was able to get them all out, and for half the price. I won’t use anyone else anymore, and I highly recommend his services.
John did an amazing job! I appreciated his timeliness, responsiveness, reliability, professionalism, and friendliness. Our home feels fresh! Much needed service and very much satisfied.
This was a great experience- scheduling, cleaning, and billing was seamless!
I don't know what was better John's personality or his carpet cleaning, I was totally impressed. John 4 president!! 👍
John is AMAZING! He knows what he is doing. He got some really bad stains out of our carpet. He is knowledgeable and honest about stains he could not fully get out. He comes in and takes care of business!! We will be using John again for sure. Link & Tracy - Ballard

John steam cleaned carpets and an upholstered couch and loveseat. We were very happy with all his work - he was easy to reach, very knowledgeable, friendly, and did an outstanding job, esp in the den where our dog stayed. I would definitely use him again and highly recommend him to anyone needing these types of services!
John is a great guy. He cleaned my entire house and all my carpets look brand new. Absolutely stellar work from a professional!

Amazing cleaning job and incredibly responsive and timely. Will absolutely use again!
This was a tough job. Our ederly family members had not had regular visits to help maintain their home during COVID19. John arrived on time, with a friendly and non judgemental , professional assessment. He has inspired me to spiffy up the rest of the house in time for our family to return to a safe and manageable…
This is our second time utilizing John’s services! When we first moved into our rental, John was sent by our landlord to clean the carpeted, heavily trafficked and stained stairs. He did a phenomenal job then and equally a phenomenal job cleaning them again - 2 yrs later (out of our pocket this time!). His pricing…
John was quick, thorough, and so great to talk to! Highly recommend and so happy with how are carpets turned out. After a bad roommate situation and needing our carpets cleaned with zero notice, he got us in immediately.
