Customers frequently cite punctuality, clear communication, and thorough inspections as key aspects of the roofing, repair, and restoration services provided by XYZ Roofing and Restorations. Many reviewers note that the company offers detailed explanations, accurate estimates, and maintains a clean work site upon completion. Conversely, a minority of low-star reviews describe significant delays, missing appointments, and poor workmanship involving improper nail placement and debris issues.

The workers were friendly and competent. Andrew was especially helpful before and during the process, and upon closure. I recommend XYZ to anyone looking to replace their roof.
Brent and his team replaced a non- operational roof vent on our home with a solar roof vent. Brent was very professional and his team completed the work in a timely matter and cleaned the work area. Brent worked within our budget to get this project completed. I will continue to use XYZ Roofing for all my roofing needs.
the staff and leadership were exceptional , professional , and handled my project with care excellent customer service , roofing teams did an amazing job on my roof, handled it with care and did quality work in a timely manner , they did such a great job
Called around and got several quotes. This is the only company who actually walked the roof and went into the attic to check things out. Every other one over the phone sight unseen was trying to push a replacement. This company is not the cheapest, but not the most expensive either. However, they were the most professional and customer service oriented out of everyone I dealt with. They were punctual, honest, and had great communication during the entire process. Job was completed within the timeline provided, and they did a thorough site cleanup when they were finished. I dealt with Andrew mainly, he went above and beyond to make sure I understood the process, answered any questions thoroughly, and was quick to contact me when things came up. Highly recommend.
Incredible work and very professional. I *highly* recommend them. They are very responsive and A+ in *everything* they do. Our new roof looks absolutely amazing!

Great team to work with, Andrew was our representative and he took the time to make sure that we had all the information and detailed breakdown of the whole process from start to finish, what to expect while going through the installation. Most impressive was the Knowledge and Professionalism that was displayed from start to finish. I will say that I have worked with a lot of companies that could not touch this team. The Bar has been set ! Anyone needing a new roof should definitely contact this team, you won’t be disappointed. Best by far of any previous remolding companies that I have dealt with in my entire life and I’m 66 year old man so I can say without a doubt best roof restoration company I know. 5 Star review from Me.
