I had the opportunity yesterday of utilizing the services of YabbaDabbaDo mobile groomers. I had done some research prior to that encounter, and the results were five star and overwhelmingly positive. They showed up at my house and the process was seamless and a very pleasant experience for each one of my three dogs. They went in tail wagging and they came out tail wagging and got the opportunity to go right back to their house after each encounter..
I highly recommend YabbaDabbaDo mobile groomers without reservation.

I ended up canceling my appointment in favor of a sooner available date with another service. However, I still wanted to say how impressed I was with the customer service here. Ana was absolutely wonderful and expertly answered all of my questions regarding the bathing/grooming services and my dogs' specific needs. Throughout our phone call, Ana demonstrated unique consideration for me as a new client, including following up via text and taking the time to try and fit me in on a very last-minute scheduling request. I would happily book with Yabadabadoo again in the future, just based off of this experience. Give Ana a raise!

I had such a wonderful experience with Yabadabadoo dog grooming service! I reached out this afternoon and was able to get a same-day appointment for my 15-week-old Samoyed puppy, Onyx, for his very first puppy bath.
The groomers were very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and made Onyx's first grooming experience calm and enjoyable. He came back looking so fluffy, clean, and handsome! It was clear they took great care with him and made sure he felt comfortable throughout the process.

I tried this new groomer because of the good reviews, I deeply regret it. After my dog’s grooming, he developed scabs in his ears. After going to the vet, I was informed he has suspected vasculitis. Prior to this, he’s never had issues after his grooming visits. I’m not sure what went wrong during his grooming, but now my dog is on medication for who knows how long.

We take the health and safety of every pet very seriously. Based on the timeline, your review was posted approximately two months after your grooming appointment, and during that time we were never contacted about any concerns so that we could better understand what had happened.
Vasculitis is a complex medical condition that can have multiple potential causes, and we are not aware of any evidence establishing that it was related to the grooming appointment. If we had been notified at the time the issue first appeared, we would have welcomed the opportunity to discuss it with you.
We always strive to provide safe, compassionate care for every dog entrusted to us, and we wish your dog a full and speedy recovery.
