This is such a wonderful place to bring your kids and babies! They treat the little ones so well and work with them so patiently and gently. A special shoutout to my baby’s physical therapist, Lucia, who is absolutely amazing with him! She treats my baby with so much gentleness, patience, and care, and I truly love and appreciate that. I’m so grateful my baby gets to work with someone who makes him feel so comfortable and cared for. I definitely recommend this place to other parents!
I’m going to assume the therapist are great how ever intake/scheduling could do better. They knew I was scheduling for speech/ feeding therapy as new patient. Instead of them not wasting my time and asking me for referral this n that they could have just said we are full and not taking anyone new. I would say teach them to just not waste someone’s time.

Our goal is always to make the intake process as smooth as possible while ensuring we have all of the necessary information, including a referral, before determining appointment availability. In your case, we received the referral around 12:00 p.m. on a Friday, which is when our office closes for the weekend. Because of that, our team followed up on the next business day, Monday.
We understand how disappointing it can be to learn that we are unable to accept a new patient at this given time, and we appreciate your patience. Your feedback is valuable and will help us continue improving our communication with families throughout the intake process.

My son graduated from OT today and I just want to say Yagel Therapy 2.0 East has been absolutely incredible throughout my son’s occupational therapy. We’ve actually been with Yagel before when he was younger for various other therapies so we knew they were great and pushed heavily to come back to them this time around because of that. Everyone from front desk staff to the therapists have been awesome.
Veronica was excellent with my son, I am grateful for her hard work and dedication- he’s come a long way! Thank you guys for being the best, we appreciate you.

I wish I could give more stars! As a mom to 4 young children, I am SO grateful that Yagel offers in-home services. It makes it so much more convenient for our family and our schedule.
Miss Jenn Morales has been SUCH a blessing. She has such a special way of connecting with children while still having them learn. She is so warm and friendly and you can tell she truly cares about her students and their growth. I've seen so much progress with my children and am so grateful for her. We've worked with other speech therapists in the past and she is THE BEST!

We’ve had a great experience here! The therapists are very attentive, patient, and truly care about the kids. They’re also very flexible and willing to adjust schedules to meet your child’s needs. My child looks forward to coming to therapy, which says so much. Highly recommend!

My daughter had Lucia p. For Physical therapy and she is AMAZING!!! she has progressed SO MUCH! In the year and half she has been there with her 🫶 she loves her and im so thankful for all her hard work 🙏❤️

We love Tonya! My son is very active & always ready to go. She is very kind & patient with him. She always lets us know what we need to work on & certain things to help with my son’s cerebral palsy. By far the best Pt he’s ever had!
