If I could give them a 0 I would. My child never even received services with this company because no one contacted me even after talking to the front desk multiple times. He’s been in therapy for over 1 year with another provider and thought maybe at home would be a good fit but not with Yagel. I let the office manager know that no one was in contact with me and she said she was aware of the issue but couldn’t figure out how to fix it. I took him out right away and got referred to somewhere else if anyone is looking for a company DO NOT TRUST YAGEL WITH YOUR CHILDREN they do not have the your child’s best interest at heart.

We are very sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to respectfully clarify a few points, as we take statements regarding the care and best interest of the children we serve very seriously.
The statement is not entirely true: There was an evaluation completed however, following an evaluation, there is a process that includes completing the evaluation documentation, obtaining physician signatures, submitting for insurance authorization, and waiting for approval before ongoing therapy services can begin. This process can take several weeks and is not entirely within our control. For the other discipline, the therapist didn’t make contact and you are correct about that. For that we will assume responsibility. When the concern was brought to my attention, I personally reached out because, as the owner, I take concerns about our families’ experiences seriously and took the opportunity to reach out to you to apologize and address what had occurred.
While we absolutely understand your decision to seek services elsewhere, we respectfully disagree with the statement that Yagel Therapy Services does not have children’s best interests at heart. Our team has served children and families in this community for over 10 years; we are not perfect, but we take corrective action when we make mistakes.
We wish your child the very best with his continued therapy and hope he thrives with his new provider.
I don't know if they take reprisals against parents, but it is curious: I had called to see if there was availability for occupational therapy, and they said yes; yet, after I submitted the referral, they were—coincidentally—fully booked overnight. If you lack professional integrity, don't advertise your services; that is precisely why you end up with no patients.

My son was admitted at 18 months and made tremendous progress with the dedication of Maria that always went above and beyond during each session. He was dismissed a few weeks ago and now my son is nonstop talking.

I highly recommend Yagel Therapy, my kids have been receiving services for about 2 years. We started off receiving speech services in clinic and the first few sessions my son didn’t have an established speech therapist. I did have the opportunity to go inside with him for a few sessions and we saw a few therapists, after his session with Marie, I knew she would be perfect for my son. She is so patient, kind, loving, caring, and great at communicating with parents. My daughter needed speech services as well and I requested her therapist to be Marie. Once my son started school we transitioned to home health services and were very fortunate to keep Marie as their speech therapist. My kids absolutely adore her and my son’s speech would not be where it’s at today if it’s wasn’t for Marie’s support.

Ms. Marie has been amazing for my son. She makes speech therapy fun and engaging for him. We've seen huge improvements in his speech in a very short amount of time. Highly recommend!

We are currently working with Mrs.Marie but we've worked with many different people with Yagel (we moved a lot) And no matter who we got, we always got someone good. They did it over Zoom with us when COVID was huge, they met with us at a library when we lived somewhere that was too noisy to work and they came to the house. Now I know my son is not the easiest to work with. I am fully aware of that (A 6 year Hulk with ADHD and level 2 Autism) but no matter who we got nobody gave up on him and I appreciate that so much. So far this is the only therapy service I recommend for kids. Thank you Yagel!
