Absolutely love Yankee Pest, I mean needing them isn’t something to love but because we need them we love having them come out. They are thorough, knowledgeable and super helpful. We’re on the annual plan and all I ever need to do is call and get an appointment and that’s it!
Ever since Yankee Pest Control started doing my businesses pest control we have had no problems! All of their issues have been addressed efficiently and effectively, all of their techs have been great to work with, knowledgeable, and professional. Their price is extremely reasonable. I would recommend their services to anyone for their pest control needs.
Thank you, Kristina! We're glad to hear that our team has been effective in addressing your pest control needs and that you appreciate their professionalism and knowledge. Your recommendation means a lot to us!
We’ve been customers for a decade. Typically when we call, they have a technician out within the week, and the problem is taken care of. Recently we had a problem with yellow jackets entering our house. I couldn’t find the nest. They had someone come out to look around and treat, and the technician also didn’t find the nest. A few days later, I found the nest, and I found that they were entering the house through the air conditioning in my son’s bedroom. When I called back and explained the situation and how concerned I was about my son being stung, they were very understanding, and they able to get a technician out that day to remove the nest and treat the area. We greatly appreciate their customer service.
Thank you, Michael, for your kind words and for being a loyal customer for a decade. We're glad our team was able to respond quickly and address your concerns. Your appreciation for our customer service means a lot to us.
I just hired YPC from a friend's high praise. She was right. Kendra was great -- friendly, skillful, explained everything, and thorough! And so much better priced than other places I called...
Kendra is awesome! I will make sure we share this with her. Thank you.
I had a complex pest issue that required Yankee Pest Control to work with another contractor within a tight time window (while the infested area was exposed). The Yankee tech climbed a ladder and worked side by side with the other contractor to accomplish the job. Well Done!
Thank you, Mike! We're glad to hear that our team was able to work effectively alongside the other contractor to resolve your pest issue. Your feedback means a lot to us!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a great experience with Yankee Pest Control, particularly with Igor. After our originally scheduled technician was unable to make it, Igor was called at the last minute and went out of his way to come to our home that same day. From the moment he arrived, he was an absolute pleasure. It was a very rainy day, and as soon as I opened the door, he immediately offered to take his shoes off before coming inside. That small gesture said a lot about how courteous, respectful, and well-mannered he is. Igor was incredibly professional but also genuinely enjoyable to interact with as we walked throughout the house. He took his time, was helpful and personable, and made the entire experience a positive one. I was so impressed that I will be requesting Igor for our future visits! I also want to recognize the woman I spoke with on the phone who worked behind the scenes to make everything happen. She was extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service, finding a way to get Igor to us at the last minute after the original appointment fell through. Thank you, Igor and the Yankee Pest Control team, for turning what could have been a frustrating situation into such a positive experience!
Thank you, Christiana! We appreciate your kind words about Igor and are glad to hear he made such a positive impression on you. It's wonderful to know that our team could turn a challenging situation into a great experience for you. Your feedback means a lot to us, and we look forward to assisting you again in the future!
Galvin is the most knowledgeable, professional, and respectable person we’ve had the pleasure of working with. He has gone above and beyond to make sure we get to the root of our pest problem by finding the cause. He went the extra mile and took the time to thoroughly inspect our entire property, carefully searching for potential causes. His knowledge, attention to detail, and dedication are truly impressive. He also took the time to explain everything and answer all of our questions. Genuinely, he is the best there is! We feel truly lucky to have gotten the opportunity to work with him and would recommend him to anyone dealing with a pest issue. We couldn’t be happier with the service we’ve received!
There is no chance this is about me. I will make sure my father gets this feedback. We truly appreciate the kind words, it goes a long way.
