I searched many kennels to keep my girls and this place was, by far, the only place I would keep them. The most important to me was the security of the facility. Too many places had shoddy fencing but not this place. The facility was so clean and well done. Everything was well thought out. Also the quiet small hallways where there were only a few kennels was amazing. The staff was also top notch. Elliot (I apologize if I spelled it wrong) was so nice and thorough on the tour and in the questions I asked over the phone. They sent pictures twice everyday to update me. We have to travel a ways to take our girls here and we will do it every-time we have to leave them. If I could give more stars I would.

Thank you so much for the kind words! Birdie and Bunny were absolute gems while they were with us! They had the whole staffing loving on them the whole time! Sorry if we sent them home spoiled! We hope to see them again soon!
10/10 experience. The place is so clean it is really impressive. My dog Moose does not smell or appear to have been in the front lines of WW3 when I pick him up (unlike every other place I have tried). Very professional and well organized staff. Booking with them over the phone is stress-free they do a good job of training the team. Can't say enough positives about this place.

The staff is great with making sure temperament is matched when pairing for social time. Also, my dog feels welcomed and loved during each visit!

I love Yardstick and my dogs are so happy there. They are great for giving my dog her meds on time and making sure they have 24 hour care. Elvis and Vega are so happy there.

Our dog Pippin has done two boarding stays at Yardstick as well as some daycare. He loves it! Doesn't even look back when we drop him off, just wants to get straight to playtime. One of our boarding stays was quite long and the staff did such a great job of communicating to us the perfect routine for him, a mix of group and solo play. The pictures they send us are priceless, too!

Would recommend Yardstick if you ever need to board your dog. I had a new rescue and work required it. They were thoughtful in how they handled her care and kept me posted throughout the stay.

I’m new to the area and was a little nervous about leaving my dog for an upcoming trip. I came across Yardstick in Berry Hill and immediately felt comfortable with the staff and facility. Everyone was incredibly attentive to my dogs’ needs and kept me updated multiple times throughout the day, which gave me such peace of mind while I was away. I’m so glad I found Yardstick and will definitely continue using them in the future!
