We hired Yellow Shoes Event Rentals for our Biohackers World conference in Chicago and they were excellent from start to finish. Michael and his team handled our tropical and boxwood walls, pipe and drape, multiple screens throughout the venue, and an LED poster, and every piece showed up on time and looked exactly like what we discussed. What stood out most was how easy they were to work with. Our layout changed more than once in the lead-up and they stayed flexible and responsive the whole way through. Install was clean and fast, they worked well alongside our AV and venue teams, and the finished space looked polished enough that several attendees asked us who did the design. If you are producing a conference or a large-scale event in Chicago and you want a vendor who actually cares how the room looks, these are the people to call. We would absolutely work with them again.

We truly appreciate your kind words about our service, flexibility, and attention to detail. Your event looked fantastic, and we’re glad we could help bring everything together. Thank you again for trusting Yellow Shoes Event Rentals with your Chicago conference. We would absolutely love to work with you again in the future! Yellow Shoes Team

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We’re so glad the LED dance floor was such a big hit at your backyard party. It was a pleasure working with you and finding the best setup for the space, including the white vinyl dance floor and stage. We couldn't be happier with Yellow Shoes! They organized our daughter's Sweet 16, and everything exceeded our expectations. Had a great experience ordering a custom Step and Repeat. Great quality and great service.
We recently worked with Yellow Shoes Event Rentals for a charity event, and they helped bring our vision to life beautifully. We had illuminated marquee letters, uplighting, and gallery lighting, and the difference they made was incredible. The lighting added warmth and color throughout the venue, and the marquee letters created a beautiful focal point that our guests loved. Everything looked amazing and helped make the event feel truly special. Their team was professional, easy to work with, and their equipment was excellent. Everything looked beautiful and worked perfectly. We are so grateful for their support and highly recommend Yellow Shoes Event Rentals to anyone looking to elevate their event. Thank you for helping make our day so memorable.
The Yellow Shoes team was beyond helpful in getting me exactly what I needed for my event. Delivery and pick-up were seamless - highly recommend to anyone looking to elevate their next gathering!
