Yellowstone Basin Construction

Kevin with Yellowstone Basin Construction is a great person to work with. He takes pride in his work and treats people with respect. Making him someone I would gladly recommend.

Yellowstone Basin Construction is a great company to work with. Kevin and his team are professional, responsive, and clearly take pride in the work they do. We’ve really enjoyed working with them and would highly recommend Yellowstone Basin Construction to anyone in the Billings area looking for a dependable construction company.

Tried to get a quote for a remodel, and even had someone come over to take measurements. I've tried to call twice and attempted to send 1 email, but still haven't heard anything back, and that was months ago. Don't recommend on the lack of communication alone.

Very disappointing! Received a call from the owner letting us know that our project was a waste of time and not a big enough project for his company. Don't wanna waste anyone else time!!

My wife and I made the decision to move back to Billings to be closer to family, and to build a new home. Because of Covid-19 and health considerations, we were not able to be onsite during any of the building process. We had no prior experience in building a new home. Even if one is experienced with new construction and can be onsite, building a new home is often fraught with difficulties. Fortunately a family member had experience doing sub-contract work with many of the local builders and provided insight on who did quality work and was fully trustworthy and reliable. Jake at Yellowstone Basin Construction came highly recommended. After interviewing several builders, Jake was the clear choice. Jake and his team of architects and designers helped us design a wonderful home. Throughout the process Jake was accessible, helpful, and accommodating, often making suggestions on things we might want when we hadn’t had the experience to think of them ourselves. Jake hires the best sub-contractors, insists on top-quality work, and manages them closely. Jake is friendly, honest, direct and straightforward. We never had to worry that we were being given a storyline. We viewed Jake as a trusted partner in our project and we had complete confidence in him. Other than pictures, we saw our home for the first time when we were handed the keys to move in. It was all that we had hoped for. We couldn’t be more pleased. Jake and Yellowstone Basin Construction has our highest recommendation.

Jake and his team at YBC have completed many projects for me and my family over the years. They are easy to work with and very professional. Their workmanship was way beyond my expectations. They can handle any job, big or small. I wouldn’t trust any other company, but YBC with my projects.

Intuition, Trust, Partnership. A year ago my husband and I made a lifetime decision to return to our home state of Montana. Billings was our town of choice so we could be closer to family and good friends. The Covid 19 virus was raging and due to our age we were considered a high risk group. We knew that we would be building a house virtually. We received a list of well known builders in Billings. We interviewed several. When we talked to Jake Brosovich, owner of Yellowstone Basin Construction aka YBC, our intuition told us this is the guy and this is the company. We had never experienced designing and building a house. Construction was a new world for us. We knew we had to work with someone we trusted completely. Someone who could explain the process in a layperson's language. Jake and YBC fit the bill. We also needed Jake to be a partner and he was that and then some! He kept us on budget and on time. He openly shared his expertise in many areas of design. He was patient, but he didn’t beat around the bush. And he made himself available to us. It’s been quite a year. We are settling into our new home and we couldn’t be happier. Yeah, we’re doing a few tweaks here and there and Jake and the YBC crew are supporting us through this last piece of the project. Our home is a cherished place. We thank Jake, YBC and all those involved in making it happen!

I contacted YBC for a complete remodel of my commercial property. Jake and his team were great. I really appreciate the attention to detail and the great concern for making sure things are done right and in a timely matter. I would recommend YBC to anyone for any type of construction project. Thanks YBC!

Great company. They show up when they say they will and finish on time, producing beautiful quality work.
