I had my dog with me and the lady working saw her in the car and told me to bring her inside while my clothes washed and dried because it was cold outside! Very friendly environment I recommend
Coin fed machines. Can get coins from a change machine. Atm on site. Clean, attendant onite that also sells snacks soap, etc.
The workers are nice , I added 7.50 for the 2 washers and when I went to press the start knob, one changed to rinse and spin which is 2.50 so I had asked the owner if I can get my coins back to pay for another wash, after some time of explaining, she let me get them back. I come here for my client I’m a CNA & I can’t use my own money. So be careful when you’re pushing the knob and make sure it doesn’t change the cycle or you’ll be out of your coins ! Other than that everything is great, they even have chairs and a table for kids that has books and a couple of toys .
The fact it’s not only clean it also has free Wi-Fi and large machines to get big loads of laundry done.
Went in today to get laundry drop off service done. The guy at the counter MATT informed me how pricing went. By weight. So in order for him to tell me a price I had to wait until my laundry was completed. I asked if he could give me a guesstimate based on my clothing. He looked through my bags and told me it could be probably 40-60 bucks... he was nice and informative. However, when I returned to pick up my laundry later in the afternoon MATT was gone and another innocent staff member was there to hand me my bill and bill was over 100.00.. That information should have been given to me up front or no information at all... iunderstand it was a quote based on an educated guess. However, over 100.00 isn't even close to that amount...I even tried to have the staff member call the owner to resolve the issue before writing this review.. This was bad business practice and come to find out MATT is the owner... I wouldn't recommend this business... unfortunately.

I disnt want to charge you for wet laundry. Wet laundry can vary significantly in weight depending on how much water it contains, so the only accurate way to determine the final price is after the laundry has completed being dried. We understand that the final amount was higher than the estimate, and we apologize for any frustration this caused. We also washed your blanket at no additional charge, even though it was included with your laundry, as a courtesy. Also you wanted it back in 2hours which I had also provide that service at no additional cost to you. Our goal has always been to provide honest, transparent service. We live in Yelm in our RV during the summer. Instead of dreading doing the laundry, I actually kinda look forward to going to town once a week to the laundromat. It’s always clean and well maintained. The owner and employees are super friendly and helpful. I can pay with an app on my phone.
Cleanest and friendliest laundromat I've ever been to!
Yelm Laundromat is pretty reliable and all the attendants have been friendly. They keep the place clean and running well. I had a load of laundry that recently did not dry when I ran it through a cycle. They immediately refunded me the cost of the cycle, so that I could run it on a dryer again, and then went to figure out why the previous dryer didn't work for me. They got it working fairly quickly and made sure it was warming up correctly for the next person who used it. Every time I've gone it, the attendants are ready to help and answer questions if you have them. I highly recommend using this Laundromat when you need it.
This lady is fantastic! Great customer service and help with the machines. She went above and beyond and I brought in about 10 loads of laundry. She didn't mind at all
