I absolutely loved my hair results!! Exactly what I asked for and super friendly staff, this was my first time going to this salon and they exceeded my expectations. 10/10 I most definitely will be returning

I went in for a keratin treatment and they used the same 360 chocolate keratin product I'm highly familiar with. From the start the lady doing my hair didn't even bother to comb my knots out before applying the product and than she made it harder for herself by blowdrying my 4c hair. I knew she didn't know any better but combing my hair works best with a wide tooth comb and wet hair- she than applied the product on my knotty hair and when she left the product with knots in it for 40 mins I cringed. She than took it off and was trying to detangle and straighten at the same time. I get she said she was used to doing bone straight hair but I had been to several other salons and never got such mugrero done in my hair it's pretty common sense to detangle knots than apply on my type of hair like the basic. Anyways I still paid the 200 the root of my hair was still the same no noticable difference and other times with the exact same product I have always achieved a different result. She tried to feed me some lie about well we don't recommend keratin on your hair type. NO. You just aren't as great as you thought you were doing hair. Im so glad I was able to find another salon that was able to moisturize and cut my damaged needs from all the pulling they did from not combing the knots out prior and applying the product. Definitely not worth 200 for what they did. My hair looked worse than when I came in in its natural state tbh. Never again.

I went to the McAllen location to get a haircut which turned out really nice, the girl who cut my hair was incredibly gentle, I really appreciated that since my hair is thin and tangles easily. I decided to book a keratin treatment in the Edinburg location, and same thing, it turned out great and the girl was super nice and gentle, really happy with how it turned out. The only thing is I hope they fix their credit card system soon, since it's kind of a hassle having to pay cash/zelle. Will definitely come back again!
