I cannot say enough positive things about Tracy, Taylor, and the rest of the team. We’ve been using Tracy for the past few years and recently had Taylor for our last pet sit. They are both SO kind, fear free, and really spoil our pets. I swear they get so much extra love when we’re gone. We recently had an unexpected issue come up with our trip and they went above and beyond to make sure our pets were cared for. I’m soooooo thankful. Also, the journals and pictures are an added bonus. I do not hesitate in recommending them and am so glad we have them to watch our crew. Thank you Tracy and Taylor!

We have two huskies (brothers). The regular reports and the photos all demonstrate that they were well cared for by conscientious, caring Yesspet staff. Leaving them at home while we travel is tough, but they were happy and well cared for in our absence.

Over the past 14 months I have experienced multiple unenviable and highly unexpected situations that lead to losses for our family. When I could plan ahead to be away, I coordinated with Tracy, but far too often I was texting her with new, urgent requests for petsitting care. As a long-standing client Tracy knew this wasn’t my normal way of operating and so she did everything she could to accommodate our pet care needs. When my latest trip extended so I could be there with my Dad when he passed, Tracy and her team took my dog for car rides and on a field trip to shop for supplies when we ran out. They spruced up my home, collected mail and packages, they diligently sent photos and updates from the house, fully removing any worries I could have had so that I could stay focused on my Dad. Most of what I described is Yesspet’s standard service but when I needed it most, they went above and beyond to provide for my dog and my home the way that I would when I simply couldn’t. Thank you to the entire team, Emmett and Cari.

I am so lucky to have Yesspet in my neighborhood for taking care of our two pups when we are out of town. For an 8 day trip we tried out the Tuck in service and loved it. So did our dogs. The pet sitter arrives in the evening, stays for 90 minutes playing and getting everyone ready for bed. They leave the house for the night and are back again early in the morning to let everyone outside, have breakfast and go for walks. We also added two extra check on visits for more walks and an early dinner. Lots of dog photos and happy dog and calm dogs when we walked in the door made us feel very good about our decision. We have used Yesspets for years and we are so happy. They are trained, friendly, reliable and trustworthy. Really wonderful service.

I cannot say enough great things about Tracy and YessPets. From start to finish, the care and professionalism were outstanding. I have a new puppy and was extremely anxious about leaving her for a 10-day trip. Tracy came highly recommended by my dog trainer, and she exceeded every expectation. Tracy stayed in my home, caring for my puppy and keeping an eye on my house while I was away. When my dog unexpectedly became sick, Tracy acted immediately. She kept me fully informed with multiple daily updates, photos, and detailed reports on how she was doing. We discussed the situation together, and she even took her to the vet when needed — something I was incredibly grateful for while being out of town. Knowing that Tracy has extensive training and certifications in pet care made a huge difference. Instead of worrying, I felt calm and confident that my dog was receiving knowledgeable, compassionate care. Beyond handling the medical issue, Tracy spent quality time with my puppy every day — walking her, playing with her, and providing enrichment that kept her happy and engaged. By the time I returned home, it was clear my dog had been loved and well cared for.
