Omg, truly the best experience! Massive shout out to Constance - that was one of the best Yoga Box classes I’ve ever taken! I go to Yoga Box in Chicago and stopped by this location when I was traveling for work. Constance greeted me and made me feel so welcome. Her class had the BEST vibe, she was funny, encouraging, and made everyone feel strong. I also loved the Beat the Heat format. Honestly she was such a good representation of Yoga Box as a brand and reminded me why I love this studio. Thank you so much - hope I can be back some day!

I love Yoga Box! The studio is so clean and well maintained, they add fun classes frequently as well as the regular schedule which is so well balanced. Kaelyn is AMAZING! All the instructors are incredible, but Kae’s classes are a part of my routine that I couldn’t imagine going without now!
