Last fall, my dog and best friend of 12 years passed away. I tried a lot of things to get out of the hole I found myself in. Then I signed up for a Yoga Connect Black Friday sale and picked the next class that I could go to - Aromatherapy with Amber. I cannot emphasize enough that Yoga Connect was exactly the space…

I moved to the Lansing area two years ago for work and this studio is the best thing about living here. I look forward to their yoga classes everyday after work! All the instructors are fun and bring something unique to each class.

I had a fantastic experience at Yoga Connect. I would absolutely recommend for newcomers to Yoga!
Last fall, my dog and best friend of 12 years passed away. I tried a lot of things to get out of the hole I found myself in. Then I signed up for a Yoga Connect Black Friday sale and picked the next class that I could go to - Aromatherapy with Amber. I cannot emphasize enough that Yoga Connect was exactly the space that I needed to get out of that hole. Amber, I know my appearances are a bit erratic, and I'm a bit quiet, but I hope you read this and know how much your class helped me. Your words, flow, and spirit are fantastic. I think whatever you're looking for in a workout studio/community, you can find it here. Now stop reading this review and go get yourself a great workout and a greater cold towel at the end!

I started going to Yoga Connect when I was halfway through my pregnancy. Sam and Taylor are amazing and I looked forward to our prenatal yoga group every week. It was such a great time to connect with other pregnant moms and yoga was soooo relaxing and beneficial. I swear each of us in the group went into labor on or shortly after our due dates all thanks to the class we took just days before! The studio has such a calm and welcoming vibe and I can’t wait for the mother baby classes this fall!

Yoga Connect in Haslett is hands down the best yoga studio I’ve ever been to! I’ve tried other studios, but nothing compares to the experience here. The instructors are truly incredible—knowledgeable, supportive, and skilled at guiding classes that are both challenging and attainable.
What sets this studio apart is the variety of classes they offer. Whether you’re looking for hot yoga, slow burn yoga, yin, strength-focused classes, or barre, they have it all. They even offer prenatal yoga and mom-and-baby classes, making it a welcoming space for every stage of life.
Beyond the classes, the atmosphere is just perfect. The music, the lighting, and the overall vibe create such a great space to move, breathe, and reset. Plus, they offer a range of membership and package options, making it easy to find something that fits your schedule and budget.
If you’re looking for a studio that truly has something for everyone, this is it! I can’t recommend Yoga Connect enough.
