This was my first time doing Yoga of any sort. I did the Yin with sound bath with Emily as my instructor. She was very great, attentive, and supportive as it being my first time. I recommend attending a class instructed by her!

I’ve recently been trying out studios in the area and this has been my least favorite. I did a meditation and sound bowl class the sound bowl wasn’t used very long maybe 5 mins of the class. While the front desk was always friendly and make an effort to know me by name and made me feel welcome, I’ve had multiple sessions with instructors who went out of their way to speak to everyone else but me especially in groups of three or less. I loved that they had later class offerings in the pm. I tried yin with sound bath, gentle flow and all levels flow and all 3 classes were guided by caring instructors. The classes were an hour long and very intimate, no more than 6 people in any of my classes. The studio itself was very nice and clean with complimentary storage bins, mats, blocks and anything else you might need. The dude running the front was also very kind. I will definitely be back!

If you’re looking for a little slice of zen in Coconut Creek, you absolutely have to check out Yoga Cure. It’s one of those rare, special places where the weight of the outside world just seems to melt away the moment you step through the door. I actually started out by discovering them through ClassPass, but after trying out several different studios in the area, nothing else even compared—Yoga Cure immediately felt like home, like the exact place I was meant to be.
A huge part of that magic comes directly from the owners, Lisa and Wolfgang; they are truly the heart and soul of the studio and have this incredible, radiant way of making you feel like a long-lost friend from your very first visit. They truly treat everyone like family, creating a space that feels safe, warm, and completely ego-free. Whether you’re flowing through a soul-soothing Yin session, finding your strength in Pilates, or easing into a Gentle Flow, the instructors are phenomenal—they are so encouraging and always seem to offer the perfect modification exactly when you need it. You can tell so much love is poured into the details, too, because the studio is always sparkling clean and perfectly organized, with every prop and pad beautifully laid out. I loved the vibe so much that I ended up cancelling my ClassPass entirely just to join the studio itself. I cannot recommend this studio enough to anyone looking for a genuine sanctuary for their practice!

The class also started late but didn’t compensate for lost time. What I really didn’t like was the vibe to be honest not super welcoming. On my way out I smelled one of the roller balls of essential oils that I thought was a tester, the lady at the front desk insisted I buy it because I tried it on (my mistake) but could’ve went about it a little nicer. I’m assuming she’s the owner. Needless to say not the worst experience but not great. Other better studios nearby, save your money. 👍

Hi Emily.
Thanks for the review however this can not stand uncorrected.
The class started on time and ended on time.
The class is a Yoga Nidra class which contains a sound bath during shawasana. It not a entire sound bath class, maybe disappointed expectations.
The essential roll on is clearly displayed as an item for sale. Not a tester!!

I was often the only dark-skinned minority there. I had purchased a group yoga package that I will not end up finishing it because of how uncomfortable I was while I was there.

Sorry to hear that you felt uncomfortable during your studio visits. You had encounters with 5 of our teachers and they are all long time team members here and well known. None of them was engaged in any racist incidents and we would not tolerate such a behavior. Why did it take you 6 months before raising your concerns? You should have done after the class as one of the owners is always on the front desk and we could have solve the issue right away?

Absolutely love this yoga studio! It’s always clean, peaceful, and full of good energy. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The classes are diverse and meaningful, and Anna Maria is my favorite instructor — such a wonderful spiritual and body guide. Most classes are women-only, which creates a safe and empowering vibe. Highly recommend this place — a true blessing every time I come!

****11/4/2024: After reading Christian Goforth negative review of Yoga Cure, had to respond. Note: I have no ownership or business relationship with owners. I've been attending classes for the last 3 years on a regular basis. Yes, the yoga instructors are great as stated and so are both owners. Would great yoga instructors continue to work with what's described? NO! And I would stop going if this was the case. This person's review is slander and shameful. If you don't like the studio for whatever reason, that's fine. There are lots of everything, including blankets. Who's paying attention to the usage of blankets anyway?! Crazy! The instructors even bring extra blankets to keep you cozy.

Can not say enough good things about Yoga Cure! It's my sanctuary. All of the yoga instructors are warm and friendly. Owners; Wolfgang & Lisa are the same. Love the diversity of yogis, including instructors, always felt comfortable and welcomed. AND the studio is super clean; floors, props and bathrooms. Highly recommended. Thank you Yoga Cure!
