Staff is always very helpful, polite and greet with a smile. In my last class I was few minutes late and one of the staff from the front desk came to help me with the weights and band that helped me settled for the class faster than I thought, I dint miss too much. So that was really nice of her I was not expecting that but i appreciate her help.

I've been attending classes at yoga joint for a little over a year. It was my.first time doing yoga in a studio in a long time. I've taken classes from several instructors and they all have different styles, but the experience is consistently excellent. The facilities are.top notch and the studio's lighting and audio tech makes the class very comfortable. The classes cater to all skill levels and the instructors are always very helpful and accommodating. The classes focus on your breathing, movements, strength building, muscle stretching,, balance, focus, and flexibility. The feeling of relaxation and accomplishment at the end of class is worth it by itself. The big ceiling fans at the end of practice may be one of the best feelings ever. IYKYK. Yoga has so many benefits, I would recommend checking it out and seeing for yourself.

I love Yoga Joint at Pembroke Pines! My favorite session is FIT45 with Lourdes. Lourdes has the experience, her smooth transitions from one exercise to another, and the excitement she brings to class.

I bought the membership and loved the classes so much! The instructors and staff are very friendly and super helpful. With the membership or free classes they offer, they provide a yoga mat and yoga towels. Besides that, they always offer clean towels, yoga blocks, and free lockers! I would 10000% recommend it lol ✨🧘🏻♀️
