YogaCentric

A very charming space. Smaller class size, compared to what i would expect. That being said, it was my first yoga class ever. I took the beginner friendly class which was nice. I've been following along YouTube videos and wanted a more personalized guided experience. My instructor was very kind and friendly. She asked me if i had any injuries and suggested some changes in position in case my injury started to hurt. I would recommend this location if youre wanting a smaller class room and just starting out! They have some yoga blocks they hand out too, though im not sure about other things they may provide. Anyway! give them a chance!

I had the opportunity to take a class with Tiffany, and she was wonderful! Erin, the new owner, is also incredibly sweet and genuinely cares about making yoga accessible and enjoyable for everyone. I can’t wait to take more classes and meet more of the instructors. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Great studio! Really love the atmosphere and people. They have extra matts if you forget yours and the instructors really care about the practice! Also love that the owner is also an instructor, really gives a homey vibe!

I had the opportunity to take Veena Vats class on Wednesday morning, I really enjoyed her way of teaching. She is knowledgeable and kind. I've got the unlimited membership.

Love this studio! I’ve been to a few of the other flashy studio options in the area, but nothing compares to the welcoming atmosphere that YogaCentric has. The people make it a community. The instructors are kind. I especially appreciate the different practice styles available. And Donald is the best! His Yin and slow flow classes have been integral to my own personal healing journey & his positivity brings much peace at the end of a long day. I will also say that as a woman, it is refreshing to have a male instructor who is conscious of himself enough to make sure everyone is comfortable and feels safe. Every now and then you cross paths with someone who just radiates good vibes and that is Don. I’d recommend his classes to anyone who may be weary about trying yoga for the first time.

Checking out some studios in the area and I really enjoyed my slow flow class here. Thanks again! 🙏🙌

I love the community that Lisseth has been nourishing. I feel welcomed each time, I feel supported and encouraged. So far, all the instructors have been uniquely fantastic. And although they have their nich in Yoga They honor the teacher in all of us. I love Verna, Donald, I love me some Jill!! And Taylor Britney , thank you for pushing me gently and for sharing your gift w me on my “Self Care Sundays” . 🙏🏽 Sat Nam🙏🏽

Been going to yogacentric for a few years. Love the energy & flow of classes. I also like that its very inclusive and not clicky like other studios tend to be. They do their best to give you individual attention which i really appriciate. The teachers are all friendly and approachable and really show their appriciation to their students as well as their passion for yoga. I highly recommend you visit if you are looking for a great place to practice yoga!
