If you are tired of being isolated or feeling like the “gym” isn’t for you — and phones are a distraction while on your wellness and fitness journey - then YogaSix might be for you. I joined in November of 2025 and I’ve been consistently showing up for myself — but appreciate the community in this space! Every instructor I’ve had - I’ve loved their playlists, positive reinforcement of our mindset and vibrant energy! I found my fitness groove back! And I’m here for all of it! I’m in town for 4 days for a wedding & be with mom in Memory Care. Great time to take an hour each day to reset & recharge.
I purchased the 3 for $36 introductory rate. I’m aware of studios offering vacation passes as well! Or you can purchase a 5 pack. Great idea.

Christina is great. Her class is full of energy, and she is really encouraging. She will stay after to work on moves, and is open to suggestions for anything from muscle groups to target or songs for the mix. It's no wonder that both her morning and night class are full.

I absolutely love going to yoga at YogaSix! I usually go to the restore class, which has been incredibly healing for my connective tissue disorder and POTS. Jamie is my favorite teacher! Her voice is so soothing, and she always checks in after class. I always feel so relaxed and optimistic and ready for the rest of my week after a class with her.

I had a hot yoga session with Sarina this Sunday afternoon. Her calm, soothing voice and great instructions made the class really effective. She recommended a lot of modified poses for everyone’s level. You are going to come out energized and accomplished. 💕
