In Yoga6, I discovered an incredible place to unwind and push my limits with exceptional coaches and incredibly friendly staff at the reception.
Second time trying Hot Yoga with Class Pass, I enjoyed the class overall. The teacher was great. Attempted balance positions that I didn’t know I could do! Never felt pressured to do them all, it was to my ability! Highly recommend!

This place never disappoints! If you’re intimidated by hot 🥵 yoga Y6 is a great way to ease into it. Beautiful studio. Wonderful staff. Engaged owners who are in it for all the right reasons. Highly recommend!

This yoga studio is very clean, and the teachers are very friendly. The front desk staff Kelsey was very helpful, she answered all my questions and gave my tips on parking situations. A lot of classes to choose from and so far I liked all the classes that I have tried.

YogaSix Pasadena is a lovely community oriented studio with friendly and knowledgeable staff and excellent teachers. Quality of instruction is dependable with teachers like Dahee and Elaheh you just can't go wrong. Although very distinct from one another and unique in their teaching styles, they both share the qualities of smart sequencing, fluid transitions, and emphasis on strength through functional movement/ mobility. These powerful, strong, humble, and spiritually aligned ladies are doing the work that they teach, truly leading by example --as seems to be the theme with the YogaSix Pasadena instructors.

Love this yoga studio! Classes are not crazy busy, feels cozy enough that I don’t feel lost in the class. The owners are this lovely couple who work the front desk. They have lots of community classes which I think is great. Will continue to return.

I love this small neighborhood yoga studio! I took the sculpt class and it was a fun, high-energy workout. The studio is clean, and they even provide cold towels after class which is a lovely extra touch. I can't wait to come back again for more classes.
