York Custom Construction

We interviewed five companies before choosing Ed for our extensive remodel, which included the kitchen, two bathrooms, a closet, interior painting, converting an archway to a doorway, adding recessed lights and replacing exterior lighting. The project started and finished on schedule, allowing us to move in on time. Ed was incredibly easy to work with, flexible with changes and add-ons, and fairly and reasonably priced. His crew was awesome! He takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers' satisfaction. What we appreciated most was Ed's excellent communication and reliability—he always did what he said he would do and followed through on every commitment. We highly recommend him! My brother advised and frequently checked the progress of the remodel. He has hired and supervised hundreds of contractors across the US and shared that Ed York was one of the very best. He told me multiple times how fortunate I was to have hired him. I agree!

Ed York and York Construction have done several major projects for us. One involving MAJOR concrete work. One involving multiple tree removal in preparation for our most recent project completed yesterday. He and his team installed a 12x16 gazebo on a 10 ft raised deck. They did a major electrical job in bringing it out to the gazebo with an outlet, double light switch and another outlet for string lights. They installed our provided fan/light, our provided string lights and our provided 12 ft wide sun shade. The electrical is all GFI protected. They cleaned up every day before leaving and they removed all cartons and trash. We couldn't be more pleased. Just as important is the fact that Ed York is such a nice man. He reviewed all aspects of the work to be done before doing it. He and his team are polite and hard-working. They showed up when they said they were going to be here. Have confidence in hiring this impressive and talented team. 5*+

Ed York built our home from the ground up. This was a complicated build with unusual angles and dimensions yet the home turned out beautiful.

Go with York Custom Construction! We hired them to remodel our bathroom, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Ed is one of the most honest men we’ve ever worked with, and from start to finish the entire experience was great. Ed, Chris, and Kyle did incredible work. Just look at the tile and how it wraps so seamlessly, extra thanks to Chris for that! The attention to detail is everywhere. The project included demoing the old bathroom, moving electrical, adding new lighting, relocating the drain, installing a storage vanity mirror, prepping for tile, and retiling the entire space. The tile we chose was not easy to install, but it turned out better than we imagined. We ran into some unexpected issues with the existing construction, but every challenge was handled professionally and without any surprise charges. This crew showed up every day, on time, and were respectful and pleasant to have in our home. By the end, we truly considered them friends. We’re so thrilled with both the workmanship and the experience that we’re already planning to hire them again for our master bathroom remodel. Go with York Custom Construction! You won’t regret it - 100% recommended!

Ed estimated our project immediately, and one week later it was done! From demo, to clean up, we give Ed, Linda, Chris and Kyle 5 stars! Highly recommend Ed and his team if you are looking for a Contractor who specializes in quality and excellent service!

Have done several projects with York. They do quality work and are good to deal with.

Really loved the quality of work that Ed and crew did to re-open a doorway that we had previously closed. The work entailed removing drywall, insulation, capping and disconnecting utility lines in wall and then reframing the opening for a nice finished appearance that matches the existing home design and completed in less than a day! Professional, knowledgeable, experienced, provided written invoice and communicated timely along the project. Definitely will call York Custom for next project!!

Ed was right on time and was actually able to come one day earlier, which was a huge help to us. Ed got right to work and had our solar shades installed in no time. His pricing was very fair, too. We highly recommend Ed for his excellent service and availability!

Ed was a pleasure to work with, we ran into several obstacles during the remodel and he never said it could not be done, he always found a solution, but even more importantly he is honest, detail oriented and shows up to the job site every day, I would highly recommend his services
