Overpriced and unprofessional. Have the exact same water heater as previous explained that to plumbers didn’t want to hear it. Estimate over $1,300 to change anode to power anode. Wasn’t given another option.<br><br>When I called and spoke to customer service she talked over me and told me that they only had my best interest in mind.<br><br>Goodbye young plumbing no longer will I trust you with plumbing services.

Called customer service and asked for a quote to rod 100 feet of a main line ! She said couldn’t do stimate over the phone only a service call wich was 95$ when the guys came in I explained the same as I did to the lady they said 1000$ with out even running a camera or anything same explanation I gave the lady, I declined and they charge 95 dollars anyways ! Called a different plumber they charge me 400 $. Am not sure if those guys didn’t wanna work anymore since it was Friday almost time to go home and they just over priced the job ! Anyways am out 95 dollars ! Will not be calling back! We have several rentals and we always in need of service decided to give them a try because they had found a spot open for me but over pricing is not the way to go!

Great experience. Septic was constantly backing up. Finally had enough and called a professional. Sebastian and Matt came out and confirmed pipe had been pulled away from house. They came back out and did great on repairs. Now everything works as it should. I am very happy with service. It wasn't cheap but good work isn't. Thank you Sebastian and Matt
