I called to get some reinforcement for my living room floors. The fix was straight forward and relatively inexpensive. The job was done clean, professionally, and quickly.
Your Neighborhood Handyman is great at communicating and working within your budget. Pricing is fair and they do quality work. We have used them multiple times for small and bigger jobs, and would highly recommend. My dogs also loved them! “You can judge a man’s true character by the way he treats his fellow animals.” -Paul McCartney
Your Neighborhood Handyman was nothing short of excellence. Today 12/20/25 I ran in to a ‘need a handyman asap’ situation! Jerry (owner/operator) met and exceeded my expectations! I was quickly assisted and my repair taken care of. I will definitely use Your Neighbor Handyman again! He was a problem-solver and so…
I needed outside repair of the wood underneath my gutters, and rotted wood along the frame of my house. Both Jerry and Nick were very helpful and conscientious when dealing with the repairs. They were extremely easy to contact and professional. Their technicians did a nce job.
Good communication throughout the process.
Jerry and his workmanship are fantastic. He was also a pleasure to deal with. I hired him to adjust the interior doors within our home and the job was completely on time and for a fair price. Jerry was even kind enough to help my Father out at a later date and make a repair to his front door at no charge. I will…

Jerry responded to us very quickly and on off hours. Next day he and Sebastian were here to help us repair a window. Very pleasant and easy to work with. Dependable, reliable and cost effective. We will need to make further repairs soon and we will no doubt reach out to them for the drywall.
I needed a street lamppost straightened and knees on the ground, digging up and making it level in two planes. all he needs is a 20# full length sledge hammer and he's good :-)
Jerry and Sebastian were very professional and polite. Quick work and fair pricing. Will use again.
We were very pleased with everything we had done, and will use Your Neighborhood Handyman, again. Excellent work.
Jerry and Sebastian were kind, courteous, and hard working. We asked them to do a variety of jobs around our new home and they went to them with gusto. We will definitely use them again!
Jerry is the consummate professional. We had a small job but he followed through and returned my call and approached the job with know how. A gentleman in every sense of the word with toolbox filled with tools and experience. He is careful, efficient, punctual, neat. We’ve already referred him to friends we really like and know we will call him again.
Jerry responded promptly to schedule under the sink repair work and completed the project on time. True professional, thorough and clean work. He also replaced a bad GFCi. I will definitely use him for future projects.
Jerry was great. Very professional - on time, neat and ready to finish the job in a timely manner. Great person.
Jerry is a great guy, works fast and is a true craftsman. We were very pleased with the door frame he fixed up for us and would 100% recommend him for any handywork.
Needed Jerry's services again and he kept in touch and got the job done as soon as he was able. Even during holiday season. He deconstructed a.gym machine and removed from the house and found someone to take it away.
Jerry is very easy to work with. He comes when he says he’s going to come and does what he says he’s going to do. He’s great! We will be calling him again for sure.
