Inahlai Powers was referred to me by a friend, and she was the best counselor I’ve ever had. I’ve had 4, and none helped me through my problems like she did. This office is lucky to have someone like her helping people through life.
I have worked with Abhik (for years) and recently Indie Beth (for months) - both are excellent providers. Skilled and gifted in what they do, truly compassionate humans. Working with them has changed my life drastically and for the better. Thankful for them and Yudaguru! Highly recommend!!

I can’t put into words how life-changing my experience was. Abhik helped me reach a place mentally, emotionally, and spiritually that I haven’t been able to get to in a long time (if ever). **Unprofessional** therapist. Felt invalidated, unheard, not cared for. On his phone during session, shows up late, cancels a lot last minute. Don't waste your time and money.

Although we do everything we can to provide a validating, loving, kind and professional experience, it may not meet the expectations of every client! As a rule, a phone is used by the therapist during sessions only if there’s an emergency, sessions are designed to give each client ample time to work through their process even if it goes over the allotted time, time is necessary to complete tasks and documentation between every session, and sessions are canceled/rescheduled by a therapist if another client is in significant crisis or if the therapist themselves is experiencing a crisis/urgent issue (both of which can and do happen from time to time)! So it’s definitely a team effort necessitating flexibility and compassion from both clients and practitioners throughout the process. The past years adapting to new circumstances have been challenging for all involved, especially for clients with mental health needs as well as therapists who are equally susceptible to the stressors and realities of coping with the professional demands of providing genuine care during a pandemic.
