Customers frequently praise the punctuality of pickup and delivery services, noting that staff are courteous and knowledgeable. Many reviews highlight effective stain removal, deodorizing, and repair work on oriental and area rugs, with some mentioning fair pricing and easy scheduling. However, lower-rated reviews describe instances where rugs were returned with new stains, excessive dirt, or damaged textures, leading to concerns about the quality of the cleaning process.

I had an outstanding experience with Zakian Rugs in West Philadelphia! They picked up my rug, professionally cleaned and deodorized it, and did an amazing job removing the pet odors. The rug came back looking and smelling great!
Their service was excellent from start to finish. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to have their rugs cleaned. We’ll definitely be using them moving forward!
Highly recommend!!!

We have a 6.8 x 10.2 rug I bought from Morocco 10 years ago. It had endured adults, kids, pets, spills and almost 4 years in storage. The folks at Zakian did an incredible job cleaning our precious piece... the colors just pop out now, and the majority of the stains are gone! We are thrilled!!

Have used Zakian multiple times. HOWEVER….the last time the rugs were nearly destroyed. They are stiff, dull and dead looking. I am afraid to send them back to make things worse, these are good rugs…family owned since 1938. I am heartbroken.

They did an excellent cleaning and repair on a rug that had been neglected for way too long! Front office was also great and pick up and delivery guys were terrific!
