Walked in and the ambiance was unlike any other! From the esthetics to the costumer service it was all simply amazing and well worth the 30 minute drive. I definitely plan to make my way out here again very soon, very relaxing after a long work week. If you’re looking for someone that will converse with you, ask for Ken (without the baby)…he was great!

Zara nail salon has a very nice layout. The salon is very modern and appealing to the human eye. However, the customer service lacked. The nail tech who did my nails kept having side conversations with the receptionist about my nail shape that made me feel very uncomfortable. I have a long nail bed and my nails tend to curve in- she asked if I wanted to have my nail shaped “corrected” I do my nails every 2-3 weeks no nail tech has ever commented on my nails being “too curved”. The final straw for me was when the nail tech gave me my ticket which she wrote “$60” then again went to find the receptionist to add an additional $5 for my length! I didn’t get aryclic - she worked on my natural nails. Don’t understand the extra upcharge. But if you have long nail beds or your nails curve this place will charge a additional fees. All my years I’ve done my nails I’ve never heard of such thing.

Amazing First Time dare I say. I would definitely recommend making an appointment no matter the day. I went for a full acrylic set done then got sat with Jennie and she ATE. Make sure you ask for her! Definitely recommend getting your nails done here if you’re in the area!
