We needed curtains to be rehung in different rooms in our home. I wanted the best company for this project, so I read online reviews and ZCurtains stood out to me. Though this was a relatively small project, ZCurtains promptly responded to my request for a free quote, a technician was out to our house the next day, and we had an estimate for the project with a guarantee for the work. The crew took their time during the installation, they were very respectful working in our home, and the quality of the install was top notch. I highly recommend this company and would readily work with them again.

I can’t recommend Z Curtains in Bellevue highly enough! Sergey and Zina were absolutely fantastic to work with from start to finish.
They made custom drapes for both our bedroom and living room, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Their customer service is truly exceptional. They were incredibly patient and helpful while selecting fabrics, communicated with me every step of the way, and kept me informed throughout the entire process, from ordering the fabric and hardware to letting me know when everything arrived and scheduling installation.
Installation day was seamless. The installers were punctual, professional, and efficient, and I especially appreciated that Zina stayed the entire time to ensure everything was completed perfectly. That level of care and attention to detail is rare.
The finished drapes are beautiful, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of their work. What really sets Z Curtains apart, though, is the outstanding customer service that Sergey and Zina provide. They genuinely care about their clients and take pride in delivering an exceptional experience.
I look forward to working with them again in the future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Z Curtains to anyone looking for beautiful custom window treatments and outstanding service.

Dear Jalpa,
Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience — we truly appreciate it!
We are committed to delivering high-quality work and clear communication on every project, and we are grateful for the opportunity to bring our design vision to life through the customization of your living room draperies.
It’s not very often that we have the opportunity to work with our clients’ existing draperies, so we were especially pleased that in your case everything came together so beautifully — your draperies, our recommendations, the new track, and ultimately the final result.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful summer!
Best regards,

Working with designer Zinaida and her husband Sergey has been an absolute pleasure. They are exceptionally reliable, punctual, professional, and genuinely friendly. What impressed me most was not only the outstanding quality of their curtains, but also their thoughtful and client-centered approach.
Zinaida takes the time to listen carefully, never imposes her opinions, asks all the right questions, and then offers recommendations that are both tasteful and practical. Her suggestions consistently reflected a deep understanding of design and, in my experience, turned out to be exactly the right choices.
I am absolutely delighted with my new curtains and truly grateful for the beautiful work they have done. The entire process was smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free from start to finish. I could not be happier with the result and recommend Zinaida and Sergey wholeheartedly to anyone looking for exceptional quality, professionalism, and outstanding customer service.
