We have worked with ZEN LENS Photo Services several times, and each experience has been outstanding. Their professionalism, genuine care for every detail, and thoughtful guidance truly set them apart - they take the time to ensure everything is done right, resulting in beautiful, high-quality photos and videos that consistently exceed expectation. Thank you Jay for your exceptional service!

Jay is a true professional! He showed up on time to the photo shoot, spent 4 hours taking fabulous and professional photos of the interior and exterior of a home renovation that we completed. His attention to every detail really mattered. Now we may use these photos for our website. We highly recommend Jay for his services and we'll be calling him back for more work! Thanks, Jay.

Best photographer in town!

We hired Zen Lens to capture a 3D Matterport tour with a dollhouse view for an office building. Jay was great to work with and flexible with scheduling. The images were excellent and incredibly thorough, more than I've seen from some other Matterport photographers. He got tons of angles in each room throughout a large and complex building. He even did the storage closets, bathrooms and maintenance rooms. Pricing was fair and Jay was very helpful and transparent about options for hosting the footage once the project was complete. I would definitely hire again for future projects!

Extremely thorough with a refreshing eye for detail. Our real estate broker knocked it out of the park choosing Jay and Zen Lens.

We recently hired Jay with Zen Lens to photograph our home in Capitol Hill, Washington, DC, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Jay’s professionalism, creativity and attention to detail are exemplary. He is a truly skilled and talented architectural photographer. He captured our home beautifully — the natural light, the indoor/outdoor living areas and the character of the space all came through in the final images. One thing that really impressed me was Jay’s focus on setup and staging ahead of each shot, which ensured the final photos feel spacious and inviting and tell the story of the space. Jay’s sense of composition and architectural understanding truly elevated the beauty of our space. We’ve already received so many compliments on the listing images! If you're looking for a skilled, creative and talented architectural photographer who truly knows how to showcase a home and is easy to work with, Jay from Zen Lens is the one. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend working with Zen Lens. Their team provides a seamless customer experience, responding quickly, scheduling efficiently, and delivering high-quality Matterport scans. I am always thrilled with how Zen Lens captures our spaces.
