We love our windows from Zen! The installation team was so punctual, kind and friendly. They did an incredible job with both installation and clean up. I love that we are going into winter with gorgeous new windows!
Honestly, I don’t think I could have asked for a better experience or product. The quote came in significantly under the competitors (even for the exact same ProVia product) and the entire process from quote to installation was easy and straightforward. Steve and the installation crew were friendly, understanding, professional, and knowledgeable. The installation went smoothly, everything was cleaned up afterward, and we couldn’t be happier with the finished product. I would absolutely recommend Zen Windows to anyone looking for new windows. We are so happy with our new bedroom windows! Unlike other companies, Steve didn't make us sit through a 60-90 minute consultation when we were seeking a quote. No pushy salesman. He just asked us to email pictures of our windows needing replacement, and emailed back a guaranteed quote within a couple days! Steve then came to our house to do his measurements and contract signing, and it was efficient and timely. The installation guys were excellent. Very respectful of our space and got the job done in 1 day instead of 2! We got our weekly Excel Energy Usage update 7 days later, and with 6 new windows we used 20% less energy! The best part? Zen Windows quote was HALF what Windows by Anderson was asking from us, and thousands less than the 3 other companies we met with. I can't recommend this company enough!
