I love the sense of community that Zenlife has.. the free meditation Tuesdays are great and give you a sense of belonging. The yoga classes are amazing and all the workshops they offer provide a wide variety of themes and activities. I love this place!
An absolute gem of a place! They offer several different modalities of yoga, in addition to mindfulness workshops, reiki, hypnosis, and much more! I’ve enjoyed and gotten so much benefit out of every session in which I’ve participated; all the leaders are very knowledgeable, and so helpful towards newcomers. Zen Life is my Zen!!
Love this place. Been coming for years. It’s the perfect mix of spirituality and a great workout.
It is here, I have healed, journeyed inward, peeled back the layers, and experienced profound growth and change. What a gift to have Zen Life in my community.
I dont even want to post this because more people will come and the classes will get crowded. BUT this is my own little sanctuary. This is a REAL yoga studio and all the instructors are angels sent from above to soothe your soul and invite your body where it would like to go. None of that garbage gym yoga. The best…
Very comfortable atmosphere and the expertise of Quint leading me into hypnosis is remarkable.

Thank you so much Sarah for being a part of our little corner of heaven. We love that you found a home with us
It’s difficult to put into words just how powerful my experience with Melissa at ZenLife Center for Healing was. I went into my session describing what I considered to be fairly minor symptoms and medical issues I’ve experienced at different points throughout my life as well as the difficulties I've been facing in life that seems to only worsen. From that conversation, Melissa was somehow able to recognize areas that needed much deeper healing than I had realized. The best way I can describe what happened during the session is a clearing and release of old emotional wounds and trauma that had been stored away for years — some of it going all the way back to childhood. Things I hadn't consciously connected suddenly seemed to make sense, and I genuinely felt as though I was able to let go of something I had been carrying for a very long time. What impressed me most was Melissa's intuition and her ability to understand what needed attention without me having to explain everything or even fully understand it myself. Her approach to healing the emotional, physical, and energetic parts of the body made this unlike anything I have experienced before. When the session was over, I felt an incredible sense of peace, clarity, release, and gratitude. I can honestly say I don't remember ever walking away from a healing experience feeling more thankful. Melissa is an amazing healer with a genuine gift. You can tell that this isn't simply something she does — she truly understands and connects with the people she works with. I'm extremely grateful that I found Melissa and ZenLife Center for Healing, and I'm already looking forward to continuing this process in my next sessions. If you've been carrying stress, old emotional wounds, or things from your past that you haven't been able to fully understand or let go of, I couldn't recommend Melissa highly enough.
Dusty, thank you so much for saying such deeply meaningful and thoughtful words. I do love what I do, and hearing things like this just warms my heart in ways words can't really express

This is a REAL yoga studio and all the instructors are angels sent from above to soothe your soul and invite your body where it would like to go. None of that garbage gym yoga. The best thing I do every week for my mind and body. Zenlife offers yoga, meditation, reiki, and breathe work. No matter who you are or physical ability they will have something for you. I was paid $0 to say this. I just love it there. 🧘♀️✨️
