The technology that Zerorez uses is fantastic. I have area rug rugs. They clean area, rugs, but they won’t move the furniture to get the area rugs out from underneath the furniture. What the heck?!? we are 75 years old, and we can’t move furniture. Especially a bed! Anyway, it’s too bad. We can’t avail ourselves of your service because you basically don’t have the service that we need and want.
One star es too much. I DON’T RECOMMEND THEM. Not professional. They canceled our appointment same day. It is not a reliable company. We have to look for another company and we find “ALL AMERICAN CARPET from San San Diego. They did a great work & same day.
Quay was great. Professional and got the job done. 10/10 would recommend him and the service.
Exceptional customer service!!! My elderly family member is hard of hearing and requires some time to communicate. He called to make an appointment and the receptionist was so patient and understanding. I truly appreciate the sincere niceness and dedicated time helping my family member. Thank you!
Would have given a better review if the cleaning guy would have put his phone down and watched what he was doing! The first step, I believe was an agitator, I watched him stare at his phone the WHOLE time not even looking where he was working. Could have done a better job on the traffic areas if he paid attention! I've gotten equivalent results for half the price in the past. I thought I'd give Zerorez a chance and spend the extra money... Well, they failed and I will not be using them again Get off your damned device and pay attention!!
Worst ever! Avoid at all costs! For one they only have 1 (ONE) person in all their company that has a Real ID which is breaking the law driving without one now. Also they texted me not called and cancelled on me within 30 min. Poor service. Never recommended and will be blasting on all accounts. Beyond furious- we move out of our house Monday and they called and cancelled on me last minute.
Called and set up for a simple 40-50 sq ft closet. They quoted me a minimum of $113 and said if it needs a pad rinse it would be roughly $80 extra. Guy came to do the job then upped the quote to $600. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.
UPDATE: Zerorez followed up immediately via phone, and assured me concerns would b addressed! They made GOOD on their word! 1 week later, I'm a 100% satisfied customer, and would highly recommend their services! Thank you for the respect, courteous attitude, behavior, and tone! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
(My best friend is non-confrontational and that is why I write for her) If I could’ve give a -5 I would. My friend originally called this company to clean her carpets, she assisted the First Gentleman in moving the huge sectional to be able to get all the carpet. When all was said and done she asked how long to wait to move the couch back? He said 10-12 hours. So the next day she moved it back. A couple days later while looking for the remote she had seen some sort of rust from the bottom of the couch feet. Now she called the company back and wanted them to come out and look at the carpets as to what happened from the previous cleaning. The guy who showed up the second time was absolutely rude saying that we don’t move big furniture when in fact, she knows she helped him move it. He then told her well he should’ve given you bricks to put the couches on that is a critical step when it comes to cleaning carpets and having wet carpet and metal it’s 100% irresponsible he didn’t do his job correctly. The guy that came here to investigate the carpet claiming to be a manager was blaming it all on her saying she has had her carpets cleaned before. (Which is not true) What does that have to do with the stains that are on her carpet now from the cleaning? She asked for a refund and is still waiting.
The representative did an amazing job of cleaning the carpets and was very friendly
