Customers consistently praise the professional demeanor, punctuality, and clear communication of the technicians, noting that the chemical-free process effectively removes dirt and leaves carpets smelling fresh. The service is generally described as thorough, with staff explaining the process and fees before beginning work. However, some reviewers report inconsistent results, particularly regarding the removal of stubborn pet odors and stains, while others cite issues with appointment scheduling, cancellation fees, and poor ductwork cleaning.
