Zeroez did an excellent job. I rate them at 10. I have used this company several times, always professional. The pricing is reasonable.
I had a 2pm to 5pm window for the tech to clean my carpet. They took their sweet time arriving to my house. I got a text that the tech would arrive later in the appointment window. It then got close to 4pm and the tech still hadn't arrived. I just cancelled the appointment. You need to be upfront if you are overbooked.
The service was easy to schedule. This was the 2nd year in a row I had the carpets cleaned. The service technicians were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. They got stuff out of the carpet I could never get with my vacuum. We are very happy with Zerorez.

We are very pleased with the cleaning of three rooms of carpet. We removed all the lighter weight furniture and the young man cleaned around the larger pieces. The carpets do remain wet for several hours, but now look cleaner and refreshed.
My appointment was re-scheduled 5 times because the technician couldn't get here on time to do the job!!! I could understand 1 or 2 times but 5 times, come on someone needs to learn how to do scheduling. I finally canceled their service and I'm looking for someone else.
