A Company That Stands Behind Its Work
This was my third time having Zerorez clean my carpets. The first two experiences were exemplary, which is exactly why I chose to call them again when my carpets needed cleaning.
Unfortunately, my September 8 cleaning was a very disappointing experience. I’m usually someone who would rather walk away from a disappointing service and simply never use that company again. However, the results were so far below my expectations that I felt it was important to let Zerorez know what had happened and give them an opportunity to make things right.
I’m very glad I did.
Today, a very polite, professional, and thorough young man came out to assess the carpets. He took the time to look everything over and strongly agreed that the results did not meet the standards Zerorez expects of its work.
After the work was completed, my carpets looked great. The problems had been resolved, and the entire correction was done at absolutely no additional cost to me.
No business gets it right 100% of the time. Mistakes and disappointing results can happen. What really distinguishes a company, however, is how it responds when things don’t go as expected. Zerorez deserves credit and praise for taking my concerns seriously, standing behind its work, and making things right.
They have certainly earned back my confidence, and I will be calling Zerorez again the next time my carpets need cleaning.
