Zerorez did a great job of cleaning our rugs. They were always on time and went the extra mile making sure we were happy. The Zerorez staff were very conscientious about my wife's sensitivity to chemical smells, and we could not detect any odor when the rugs were delivered. We will definitely be using Zerorez services again when needed.

Zerorez is the best carpet cleaner in the area. The natural cleaning product and innovative methods cleans throughly and dries quickly. You can request an unscented cleaner as well. UPDATE 10/3/2026 What a difference two years make! I contacted Zerorez a few days ago thinking I would have an excellent experience as I had before. This time, the technician was 50 minutes late (he'd locked his keys and phone in the shop.) Appearances aren't everything, but I was expecting a professionally attired, clean looking technician (as the first one had been). His work shirt had a large spot and he wore very wrinkled pants. It was not a good first impression. He told me that because I preferred to have my carpets cleaned at home and not in the shop, that he would only be able to clean 30% of the surface dirt. This was in direct contrast to the earlier technician, who explained to me that it was unnecessary to have them cleaned in the shop, and he was right. The earlier technician also told me that when he was done that I should open my windows and wait some hours before I returned any furniture to the carpet. I didn't remember this until I looked at the Zerorez website. This technician told me nothing about that. Finally, he told me that he would have to leave for a little while because his vacuum was full and he would need to dump it elsewhere. After he left, I saw that he left quite a few dirty shoe prints on the floor that I will have to clean. Zerorez has a new owner and I suspect a different way of doing business. I'm afraid that I was quite disappointed by this experience. Two Years Ago... The Zerorez technician, Rich, came today to service our carpet and rugs. He was friendly, professional, articulate, knowledgeable and efficient. We were in good hands. He showed us before and after photos of our rugs and the results were stunning! Highly recommend and will definitely use them again when we need our carpet/rugs cleaned in the future!
