Customers frequently highlight punctuality, professional communication, and thorough cleaning results for carpets, rugs, upholstery, and air ducts. Positive reviews often note efficient scheduling, friendly staff interactions, and competitive pricing. However, some lower-rated experiences cite issues with stains reappearing after the service, unexpected price increases upon arrival, or technicians leaving surfaces dirty during air duct cleaning.

Justin did an outstanding job with our duct cleaning today. Excellent price, arrived timely, worked efficiently, and provided great insight for expectations for these first time customer having work done in an older house. True professional. Five stars well earned. Also, thanks to this business for an outstanding discount—quite by accident we got a much larger than normal discount so watch for specials if you aren’t in a rush for service. Thanks so much Justin.

Shane cleaned our items today and did a fantastic job. Very thorough, kept a good attitude the whole time and went above and beyond to offer to help reinstall a rug that was cleaned back in a bedroom, protected the new grass from vehicle exhaust burning it by putting a rug over it and brought in a package at the front door. So grateful!! Highly recommend and Shane was an excellent representation of your company!

I recommend Zerorez to anyone looking for a green clean upholstery cleaning service. The products they use leave no toxic smells. They are very responsive, professional and on time. Justin was very pleasant he called prior to his arrival, arrived within the agreed upon window and worked to get the job done quickly all while being polite and with a smile. He also gave me tips on how to handle stains and gave me an idea of when I should do the service again based on my needs. Ive used this service 3 times now, I would use their service again. Update 2026: Lucas did an excellent job with the service. Zerorez is my go to place for my upholstery cleaning needs.
