I am very pleased with the service I received from Zerorez today! Kyle cleaned my living room furniture. Kyle was polite, professional, and completed the job in a timely manner.
I was especially impressed with the results. When Kyle finished, my furniture was clean and dry, so I was able to sit on it immediately. There was no odor at all — no chemical smell, no perfume or fragrance, and no dog smell, which is particularly important to me because I have dogs.
My furniture is 30 years old, and I was very happy that the cleaning did not harm the fabric in any way. It looks and feels clean without any lingering smell or residue.
I am also very pleased with the price I was charged. The service, results, and overall experience were excellent.
I highly recommend Zerorez and would definitely use them again!
My technician Kris was kind as well as efficient. I was concerned about my cat during the carpet cleaning and he made sure I was all set and my kitty was okay. I love that my carpet is clean without any fragrance smells, just clean and natural.
Very efficient, friendly, service. Carpets look new. I have pets and their little accident spots were eliminated. Cost of service was exceptionally reasonable.
Finally, a company that got it right
I can't say enough good things about Zerorez of Puget Sound. I called them specifically to deal with stubborn pet urine staining that other carpet cleaners had failed to fully address, and the difference in approach was obvious from the start.
Rather than rushing into a one-size-fits-all treatment, they took real time to assess the problem and design a solution tailored to my specific staining. They were upfront about cost from the beginning and walked me through the pros and cons of the different treatment options, so I knew exactly what I was paying for and why.
The team clearly took pride in their work. They gave me clear timelines, explained each step of the process, and were incredibly thorough throughout. The results speak for themselves — my carpets look and smell amazing, with zero residue left behind (a first for me, after previous companies left carpets feeling sticky or still smelling faintly of urine).
If you're dealing with pet stains or odors that other cleaners couldn't fix, do yourself a favor and call Zerorez. I'll absolutely be using them again.

Zerorez came today and cleaned three rooms for $300. He also added protectorant to heavily traveled places. Ryan did a super job! My 20-yr old carpet looks new! From Brittany in the office to Ryan, the technician, I highly recommend this company for carpet cleaning. Thank you! Ryan scores a "10."

This is the second, maybe third time we’ve used ZeroRez for carpet cleaning. Ryan took the time to talk to us about areas we felt needed pre- treatment, he was organized and conscientious in setting up. When he finished, I couldn’t believe my eyes! Our carpets look beautiful, they felt clean, no sticky residue, just fresh and clean. It’s hard to find services today that don’t cut corners or charge exorbitant fees just for showing up! ZeroRez does not and they take pride in their work! Thank you Ryan for your service and integrity.
