Google reviewers rate Zerorez highly, frequently noting punctual arrivals, professional communication, and accurate pricing for carpet, air duct, and dryer vent cleaning services. Positive feedback highlights thorough work and clear explanations of the process. 10/10 experience with Stephen at Zerorez! Extremely courteous and professional, explained all costs to me, and was in and out in less than an hour. Will absolutely be calling again!

They cleaned out our dryer vent, found out there was a birds nest in there, they did a great job
Professional, courteous and on-time...Larry J was a pleasure to work with and did an outstanding job on my carpet. I could not have asked for a better job.
Had my carpets cleaned. The technician used too much water and flooded the ceiling in the room below the one he was treating. Now they are not responding to my calls. It’s been 2 weeks and have yet to speak with a manager! DO NOT USE !!
Tez was professional and did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets!!! I would recommend Zerorez to my friends.
Zerorez showed up on time, the two workers were polite and an very informative, explaining what they found and how best to go about cleaning. They did a great job cleaning the wall to wall carpet, getting out soiling and minor stains we had; and were careful of the furniture and surroundings. The pricing was as stated, no upselling. We had 4 rooms done and stairs and all looks good. I daycare for 2 young children and like that they do not use cleaning chemicals that would be a concern.. Will use again and recommend.
On time and the job was completed in a timely manner with beautiful results and most of all was the price which was really great. The technician took his time and answer all of my questions that I had asked of him. I also showed him some cleaning projects for the future.
Last minute reschedule on property scheduled to be rented out next day from cleaning which made it total inconvenience for me and tenant
Zerorez team did a great job cleaning my air ducts. The video they shared showed how dirty they were. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again!
