service was great - tech was great. But It was over $100 more than I planned on it being. That is very frustrating and I probably won't use you again.
This was my third time using Zerorez and my second time having Siddeeq R. as my technician. He’s done a great job every time! He even got a small nail polish stain out of my carpet! The whole process was super quick, my carpets look and smell great, and they dry so fast! I also appreciate how respectful he was of my home, even wearing shoe covers while working. Always a great experience!
We called to set up carpet cleaning and they had us scheduled in just a matter of days. Carson did a fantastic job and exceeded our expectations. He was kind, professional and did an excellent job at communicating his arrival time. He spotted a few problem spots with our carpet that we overlooked and made suggestions as to how to get best results. We are VERY happy with the results and overall experience and would definitely hire Zerorez again. Thank you so much, Carson, you rock!
Easy and fast to scheduling.
Doramus and Russell came today to clean our ducts and they really did such an amazing job. They were fast, efficient, friendly, informative, and very easy to work with. I highly recommend them! I’m a brand new customer and they really made ZeroRez look great. They deserve big fat raises! And now I’m going to be a repeat customer. Very impressed! Highly recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Michael was prompt, professional and very pleasant to work with. He listened to my concerns and addressed them thoroughly. I would happily recommend him.
